Sisi yemisi, there is something about you; I can't put it into words, BUT THANKS sooo much, may GOD REMAIN in your HOME, AMEN.
Awwwwww thank you so much ❤️
I roast my own fish , meat and Chicken in the UK. I buy in bulk too. It’s not only about saving money ; it is also about knowing what you are eating no additives. Well done to you
Exactly...about knowing what you eat
Pls what is the English name pls
SisiYemi, please make sure the container for weighing is weighed on the scale before weighing with the fish. For what you know, the plastic bowl has been weighed as part of your fish. The bowl must be on the scale and be on zero before the fish is added. Just to say
Didn't think of it o. Thanks
@@zizou4229 you are welcome. I learned this many years ago. Watch it next time. The scale is on zero without the bowl. it is not supposed to be. They use the method to defraud unsuspecting customers. The Ijebu in me is always on the lookout 😁
Interesting. In Ghana, the Ga ethnic group call it Kpanla. I guess it's proof of what we learnt in History that they are originally from Nigeria.
I am not even going to waste time. I am going to try this business model in my area. Thank you

Delicious panla. In all my pregnancies I crave this fish all the time. Make it with palm oil stew and local rice.
It’s called whiting here in Ontario and I am going to do this definitely. I have missed the roasted panla. Thanks for sharing this knowledge
This is the reasons I love following your channel. When you go to local market instead of shoprite
That was very thoughtful of you, sisi yemmie. Keep it up.

Nice One, I did enjoyed the drying process. Thanks for sharing
Thanks Sisi Yemmie.
I have been doing this since last year, if you are not close to a coldroom, you can ask fish sellers in your area to help you get and tip them. I prefer this method because I get more pieces when I use the sellers than when I go myself.
Wow, this was really amazing. Hey Yemisi, good one. Love it! 😃
Wow this looks good and I need this in my ogbono soup. Thanks for sharing 👍.
This fish is my best fish asides stock fish because it doesn’t have that fishy smell.

Hi Sisi Yemmie,
Can I use croaker or any other kosher fish to do this? Thanks!
This looks like the fish that we call whiting in the US. The traditional southern way to prepare it is filleted and fried. Happy Juneteenth!
Yes it is called whiting not hake
Happy Juneteenth!
Thanks for this idea it will really save money for me 👍
This makes me wanna smoke fish too , summer bbq fish 😊
3 pieces of Panla is sold for

Greetings from mali and tanzania I am a big fan 🌷💐🌺🌼😇😇😇
I love this an and your commentary eh,is interesting
This is the way to go. It makes sense and saves a lot. We are also experiencing food price inflation in the UK and I get my fish in bulk and oven it when I want dry fish for Ugandan native stews.
We are here to learn.
Ehhh it really makes more sense. Way less extensive. Thanks sisi 🙏❤
Thanks for sharing
Nice one
Thank you ma for this
My darlyn SisiYemmie, I went to the market todayyyyyy, actually it was at Bodija here in Ibadan (the truth is I am new here in Ibadan) and I couldn't get a slate to buy. I wanted to 'copy' you but I ended up buying per piece! I am not happy at all. Anyways, I am going to follow your instructions here and try my hands on the smoking. Many thanks always for your easy to follow tutorial. God bless you for me o! Love u!
I really needed this❤️❤️❤️
I’m glad this helped
I love your skills from modern pressure cooker to smoking fish with Chaco coal
This is the best way now because things are so much expensive now in Nigeria 👍🏽👍🏽
Good job sisi😍
