  • An open letter from over 200 artists was written putting all the big tech AI companies on notice that AI generated music will be a race to the bottom and will have a direct effect on their livelihoods. In this video we will talk about the letter and show some examples of where AI music is at and where it could be going and the future looks bleak for musicians. The letter that is critical of AI and was signed by over 200 musical artists, including Pearl Jam, Nicki Minaj, Billie Eilish, Stevie Wonder, Elvis Costello, and the estate of Frank Sinatra.     interesting subject AI and artists, i've tried this app sunno, it's a little bit scary but the cool thing is that AI can never be as authentic as human's brain and soul it's made by god and still the biggest mestery unsolved, and the probleme here is that AI in general is making people lazy ans that's the main problem that scares me a lot, the impact of AI on people's behaviour and theire creativity, shout out to you dude from morocco and keep it up PEACE

      Yeah as a musician and all around music writer I can appreciate some applications of AI for example with mixing and mastering ..it usually wont get you right where you want it but it helps you get there faster..But in all I would have to agree and I think that some music may be liked from certain genres but at the end of the day it will feel soulless and hollow
