How did ammonia gas and carbon dioxide get evolved from the same solution when it is not ammonium carbonate?
The instruction sent to my school indicates Na2CO3 as salt C

This is a correction to the Alternative B of the 2023 WAEC Chemistry Practical, where they made use of ammonium carbonate. It's only to serve as a revision guide for NECO, since you will be working on a carbonate too
That's why at the beginning of the video, we advised that you understand the concept and not cram the solution.
What you need here are the tests for the carbonate ions. The test for Na+ was uploaded separately as a flame test yesterday.
