I personally use a Tea with 2 tsp Passionflower and 1 tsp charmoile and 1tsp Lemon Balm in 500ml as a tea, CBD Oil, Melatonin, 5g of Glycine and Magnesium (as citrate, maybe should switch to L-Threonate in the future). Works really great.
Long term I want to get my natural melatonin up by blocking bluelight with glasses and having dimmed lights in the evening. Using it currently as a supplement because my sleep wasnt good at all, but now its became really good and refreshing. Can definitly recommend adding a Tea and Glycine to your Sleep Cocktail.
I also have some L-Theanine in my storage, gonna try it from now on to see how it interacts with my sleep and dreaming.

I relate, being a bit tired but still wired feeling and being up not doing anything focused, but training for 40 minutes or something leads to that state when the brain isnt wired anymore and drifting off is easy, youll know when it hits, higher lighter reps and higher recovery means you could do it everyday to sleep aswell.
