Super @YashYashwanth bro comment, this podcast and the last podcast it looks like discouraging the average skill based youngsters who are staying in USA. Not all the people will be knowledgeable. Content that you need to provide from this channel should be encouraging the youth by making them feel better and move forward.
I am from Chicago and had the privilege of studying at a well-reputed university. As highlighted in the podcast, much of the information shared is spot on and resonates with my own journey. Back in India, I heard many conflicting opinions about studying abroad, but I came here with a determined mindset and a clear vision. Platforms like this podcast are invaluable because they cut through the noise and provide genuine, actionable advice. Thank you for sharing such insightful content that truly empowers students and clears the myths surrounding education in the USA.

With all due respect that Gradvine is doing. It's a very good company. Here is another perspective of what I observed - If you join as a RA under a Prof. Prof who has good contacts with Industry companies, and the Prof. can refer his/her RA's to those companies - like an Intern/Co-Op. There is higher chance that these opportunities get converted to FTE. I don't think Location Matters.

And lets say you did get an H1B, the wait time for a greencard for someone born in India is 150 years to get a greencard From someone who has been living in the US for 17 years and no GC yet

Every consultancy will not get payments on net 30 or net 15 basis, some time it take net 45 and net 90 also, consultancies will take that pain and do service to consultants.
