"Man it's a shame there's no Gravis Librarian. You can't have Psychic Heavy Intercessors!" *Me casually sitting on 10 Heavy Intercessors & Inquisitor Draxus*
I know Brian said at the end that mistakes were made but it was a shame to not see the full potential of this very shooty detachment and instead saw it try to go toe-to-toe in melee with the very fighty Bile detachment. Hope you will play it again at some point.
For the does status persist to characters after the squad is dead, we've discussed this a lot, and come to the conclusion that the answer is no. If the answer is yes, then that would mean that Necrons should also resurrect if the leading character is still kicking, and NO ONE wants to see that, hence we came to the conclusion that rules should be applied across the board (unless explicitly stated that they do), so once a character's unit is gone, they are detached, so the effects being applied to that unit are no longer in effect. Strangely most arguing for the, rules for thee, but not for me are usually Space Marine players.
so buffs are still aplied in the activation your bodyguard gets killed. so if you have a rule that says iff my strenght is greater then your toughness i get -1 to wound and i shoot at it with a tank that has 10 different guns. even after my first 5 guns completely killed your bodyguard your leader would still benefit from the -1 to wound cause it all happen in the same activation. but once my tank is done shooting that leader loses the buff. same with precision. if you use epic challenge in mellee to kill their leader and they gave the bodyguard a buff unitl your entire unit is done fighting the bodyguard still gets the buff and once you are done they lose that buff.
Hey guys, where is the bes tplace I can see all of your terrain in one place? I really like the idea of being able to get everything I need in one package, for a great deal.

Forgetting the hero rhinos attacks against the lion on one wound was a possible missed cinematic moment.
Ahhhh the RHINO!

The lion wouldn't get - 1 to hit shooting in combat. He uses the pistol rule of his weapon not big guns never tire.
I was not even seriously looking at Pyromancy but Brian has really opened my eyes.
FUN game! If I still played Chaos, I'd definitely play this detachment.
Did Brian forget the BS3+ on the Hvy Ints hvy bolter, or did I miss something?

Throwing away all scouts turn 1 was so crippling to Brians scoring power. Sad to see, but still cool game, with crazy rolls! 😊
Yeah as he mentioned at the end he should have respected that more
RIP terminator command squad

What app are we talking about? I have the WH 40K is that the one? I like the idea of creations of bile.
Lovely
surgeon acolyte zeroes out 1 of any damage wound done to unit once per turn !
It's actually Bile himself, not the Acolyte - the ability is named Surgeon Acolyte, but calls for Bile to be alive.
@ yea obviously but he sacrifices his acolyte to do it so not sure what point youre proving here - he gets another acolyte the following turn
you still reroll 1s on wound roll with legionaries no matter what !
I'm gonna be higher like a Lion in Zion😋
csm dont get hunter killer missiles
F-ing GW giving 1K Sons a weak ass version of Shadow of Chaos and Spqce Marines a cool, thematic, functional psyker detachment… smdh.
I dont get how the infernus are in pyromancy while the terminators are in biomancy. Dont you pick one discipline and apply it to your army ?
you you choose at the start of each battleround. So he was Biomancy battleround 1 and pyromancy battleround 2.
@@Gilcongane-1 Yeah I should have re-read the detachment first ^^' , kinda weird that it is at the start of the round and not command phase
Titan terrain needs a big update as it sets up a grid of firing lanes all at 90° angles
This is actually quite bad
The expansion packs with the half tiles close off the middle for those relevant deployment zones
