First disc I tried was a nixit and it was awful, if I sat in a certain position or sneezed it would leak or sometimes just pop out. Recently got a cora disc and I love it! Never ever leaks for me, so comfortable I forget it's there.
@@krishnapriyanair4772 I think so. The nixit is a lot bigger than the cora disc, I guess you don't know if it's gonna be too big for you until you try it! Just like cups you have to find what's right for you.
Based on other videos, it sounds like this “feature” could be indicative of a disc fitting well, but not perfectly. I’ve used a Cora disc and Lumma disc, and they didn’t auto dump, but my Hello disc has a few times during my heavier days. So, it’s possible, but it seems like it may take a little testing.
@insan8ty This sounds like you rather look for a cup. But, autodump is actually really great as you don't need to take the disc out on heavy days. You empty right into the toilet when peeing. And it really only happens when being on the toilet. AND it doesn't even happen for everyone. It only happens when your flow is really heavy. And as mentioned in the video, if something happens it means it's leaking, not autodumping. My cup leaked even on the light days and I hated it (also didn't like the bladder pressure), my disc doesn't. I love my Lumma disc AND the autodump feature (my first days are heavy). 💗 I wish I could have had discs much earlier in life. For me it's life changing! Makes my period days so much easier!!! ✨ I can only recommend it. For me the Lumma works great. When I bought mine there weren't a lot of choices available and the reviews about the Nixit weren't so good (not staying in place) and Lumma offered different sizes, so that's why I chose the Lumma. The Hello disc sounds great to begin with.
Thank you to everyone who asked what I was too afraid to ask!😅 I’m a Hello disk owner and it leaked on me three times (once through intercourse😣) and I very quickly became sad and discouraged about this bc I love everything about the Hello, so THANK YOU for answering these questions and making me feel….normal. So was it a size problem? Mine leaks in certain positions and during sleep and I just can't figure it out

Is it possible to find a disc that doesn't even autodump at all?
I have a cora disc and it doesn't auto dump - for me at least anyway! I think it depends on the fit and everyone is different.

The new Diva Disc has a lip to prevent auto dumping, she has a video and a short on it.
