55.) Form the trapezoidal formula
Avg. Length = (20+25) ÷ 2 = 22.5 ft
Avg. Width = (40+44) ÷ 2 = 42 ft
Total Area = (Avg. L × Avg. Width) = (22.5×42) = 945 Sqft
