Did you end up finding your answer? I think they utilize something like the the ts150 that provides the voltage you need. I just bought a lot and am also finding out what and where everything goes for g gauge
Hi Matt. With the booster and the voltage set higher it will power digital locos OK. My main problem is that I have the older model and it doesn't have the function range needed. Very strange. My old Hornby Elite ran my digital garden loco perfectly well and operated all the sounds so I have stopped experimenting for now. I need access to functions higher than 9. John
@@bikerides Do you have any idea how to hook this up? I have about the same as you and can't figure out how to wire the LZ100, The power supply, and how to get the programming track to work. I have read all the manuals and they say nowhere how to plug it all in. Only small pieces individually
@@dwpedalplayer Hi Matt, It is in the loft. I will have to go up and photograph it. Fortunately, mine came with wires connected to the plug-in screw connectors, or helpfully, the cut off wires were there with colours to help me rewire it. The manual I found had strange letter coding like AB TUV etc. John
