Seems like keeping the hammer down is the ticket. Most of those trophy trucks didn't even care as long as they kept it somewhat straight and kept the speed up!
Sure would suck to throw it away in the first 3 miles. I remember the Mint 400 when it used to start at the old Las Vegas Speedrome, there were a lot of people that didn't make it more than a couple hundred yards after they left the pavement.
It might be a pain to set up but I'd like to see the MPH on screen somehow. I think the teams that hit it fast and straight did fine. It was the ones that came of the first bump a bit sideways that didn't make it.
As a driver, you should know that if there's a concentrated number of people in a given area, they're there to watch something go wrong. Check up before you wreck up.
In my 50 years of offroad racing in Cali, Nevada, Arizona and Baja...the ONLY place I've ever seen man-made traps was in Mexico. And then only near where there are a bunch of people. Never seen it way out in the boonies.
It is interesting to see how the more experienced drivers will try to jump over the hole or completely avoid the deeper bit of it all together. Then you got the ones that forgot about it lol

I could watch this a 100 times. Looks like the rigs that had more of a front weight bias hit harder, especially if they slowed down right before the first hit. The buggies appeared to do really good because the engine is in the rear.
What road is this located nearest to gonna be heading out there in a few weeks for the race and looking for a place to camp in our rv that is close to the track like this is?
Unfortunately, this section is not part of the course this year. There is usually camping along Shea Rd, but the spectating isn't very exciting watching them go down the wash.
Crash porn. Yes I clicked on this click bait. Ill show myself out. Seen one, seen em all. Now thats outta my system, time to watch other chewing gum for the mind.
How could you ever let a driver behind a wheel or handle bars that has never heard when in doubt gas it out. Every dude that crash let off the throttle my little sister can drive better than those dude that crashed
Ive never really watched this kind of racing before. Im utterly impressed with those suspensions and driving skills to sat the least....
40+ inches of shock travel in those things! Depends on the specific vehicle (buggy truck etc) but really cool machines no less
Look up “robby Gordon crazy fast” by you tuba. Yo really get to see what getting some feels like bwaaaaaaaaaaap
Stop lurking and subscribe! This is just a taste of the highest quality, no crappy music, action there is on UA-cam. Keep up the great work youtuba!
Man, those trucks just keep getting faster every year. Quite impressive!
Sooner or later, those holes will be illegal. I mean it is part of the race, but soon someone's gonna get crushed
You know its rough when a TT bottoms tf out. 1:54 was crazy smooth, props to that driver.
that Coors truck always sends it. every time. godbless the Coors truck
Ignorance is bliss, those who stayed in it we're like "what hole"?
Haha real shit
Sick coverage, you always know right where to be.
Or.. he the one who make the scene??😂 never mind. He just a pureluck man/women.
Of course Robby sails thru without a care! lol
it's so satisfying to see those swingarms and suspensions hard at work 😁
Always a bunch of action from the Parker races. Loving all the content tu a 👍🏻
Again...Gordon cracks me up!
Best off road content, video after video! Crisp images as well as glorious audio!
I like the big explosion sound at the end. Because there wasn’t enough already in the video
The trophy trucks just float over it, regardless. Beautiful
That green truck driver,is the most crazy 😝🤣👑
Seems like keeping the hammer down is the ticket. Most of those trophy trucks didn't even care as long as they kept it somewhat straight and kept the speed up!
Dang!! Some viscous roll overs in that one!!
With that much suspension travel, you would never think a little hole could actually ruin your day 😂
Best channel on YT keep it up
That was the most entertaining video I’ve ever seen 😂

Back in the days they left the Speedrome , crossing LV Blvd, and ran through the whoops along side of the paved road.
Love those trucks.hate to see them wreck like that
2:17 was what I call a lucky man's save as opposed to a driver save
Perfectly for race no one else’s mercy just always famous to the red line
It might be a pain to set up but I'd like to see the MPH on screen somehow. I think the teams that hit it fast and straight did fine. It was the ones that came of the first bump a bit sideways that didn't make it.
And boy this is we're finely tuned shocks and bump stops will save your rear!!
Whenever you see a bunch of spectators lined up. U know something bad is coming up
That is just about the same as driving on these damn Pennsylvania roads! 🤣🤣
As a driver, you should know that if there's a concentrated number of people in a given area, they're there to watch something go wrong. Check up before you wreck up.
Kk Oooppllllkkddggu8ikkkllnkjutawaS sz Zdgy hbngn mmmmm klmpk l mimpi yank 😁
The locals often dig out big holes on purpose to cause the accidents, been happening for years
That's super shitty of them
Aren’t you talking about Mexico though?
Myth

Dunno who was steering that orange truck but DAMN that thing looked nice through there
Wauw , this is sick mate. love it
Man just one time before I die. Just once.
Important Lesson: Pressing the throttle harder eliminates all possible hazards.
2:56 Team Potts just floated over it all in 2 bounds.
Speed crushed every jump
Cole Potts. @0.29. Letting it eat!!!
What I would to drive one of those unbelievable machines.

That one hurt 0:50 he told us he was going to be by 15 people before pit 1 already had 3 too in 3 miles

Honestly a great observation
some of those guys hit the transitions perfectly by accident and didn't even know why half the field crashed there at the end of the day haha
Robby said hole what hole
Always got the best spots
Dirt, Sky, Dirt, Sky, Hey I can see my house from here.
Everybody's has their own linnnnnnne so 😎 cool
That dang hole got McKnight and Plaza in the TrophyLite at the end.
I wish I could afford to do that. I’m just a poor white boy

Do not try and drive through the hole, that's impossible. Instead, only try to realize the truth. There is no hole.
استمروا في الابداع
BOOH XD Gänsehaut vom Sound
1:13 super smooth.. am I missing something? Speed ? Line ? New to the culture. Cheers
Speed / approach , yes .. and there are a few ways thru /by it appears
Moral of the story. never lift ever, hammer down!
I wonder what trophy trucks will look like on mars 🧐
Seems like the ones who lift on the throttle are the ones that crash.
The trick is to just hit the high spots
what class are those smaller trucks at the very end
Trophylite. Spec 4 cylinder class
dood the Herbst TT eats
"What hole?" - RG77
Se loco, mó adrenalina, eu sei dirigir muito bem, quem dera eu em um rally desse....
Son las carreras baja 1000 y baja 500. En baja california. Compiten pilotos de varias partes del mundo.
Tal vez puedas venir a competir saludos!.
No hole if you just fly over it :D
Sucks to see these beast's get wrecked like that. Alot of money and joy go into them, oh well did what it was made to to do.
Dude in green at );28: No problem. I'll just fly over it
Rebound settings.. 0.
That best thay coming wift thay 🦶on🔥son makeit or racket ☝️🏆🇵🇷
Robbie Gordon: what hole?
Vicious 😱
Robby what hole Gordon
Can someone explain why so many drivers hit this wrong? Is it lack of prerunning or bad pace notes or just inattentiveness?
I was going to say that you sure could tell who did their homework. But then I think some just said F__K it.
D. All of the above
Needs to be named the party hole
That was my girlfriends nick name.
Cam Rec👌🙏🌹
Driving on Texas roads be like
1:09 Gotta be an owner/operator right?
I'll pass on riding shotgun every time!!
Wow!!!
Hey maybe we should pre run the course? I’ll say it again, you can’t buy talent. Bwahahahahha
So why don't they mark these hazards so that the drivers don't crash?
They are marked and there is a pre run for racers to make their own notes. This is compiled crashes from multiple years at this spot.
Bryce goes to the right
Ignorance is bliss u say.
Shit patience is a virtue:)
N might save at least a tire or 2
My intuition says, “set up”…
Maybe it’s, not accurate….
👌👍
Hasta se desaparecen los hoyos cuando se acerca #RobbyGordon.
Never lift? More like never finish...
When in doubt gas it
Just gotta send it.
Whole lot time and money getting trashed!😪
Ouch
Just pause at 2:20…

โครตแรงชอบครับ
off road vehicles need to be 4x4 thats the problem maybe they are not aloud they seems too cheap come on
all that work just for some rich guy who cant drive and refuses to pre run the course to destroy it all. this is why i quit racing. lol.
Yes it's drivers ability but more luck than anything or should I say bad luck
