Agreed and he’s been very open about his alcohol addiction as well as Ativan. I’m sure he was prescribed Adderal because he was open about having no energy to get out of bed for years and he most likely got Adderal to function normally which will also kill your appetite on top of Ozempic. The alcohol helps with the side effects of feeling tweaked out and makes you feel more balanced. Then Ativan at night to help with the anxiety of the crash.. I used to do the same, it was extremely unhealthy. I guarantee this is what is going on here

I couldn’t take Ozempic because I had thyroid cancer so my doctor gave me a low dose appetite suppressant . It works for me. It gave me an opportunity to get used to making better food choices and smaller portions. Now I only need to lose 20 more pounds so I’m taking it only 3 times a week to ensure I can have the same good eating habit on my own! It’s working. I’m weening myself off slowly and now sometimes forget to take it . I have so much more will power now and make better choices. I didn’t realize how much sugar I was consuming! Once you’re eating better, you don’t crave junk food because your body is getting proper nutrition.
