From Guwahati, settled in US for last 8 years. Remember the days when I was in class 12 in SSA Dispur and Shillong was the place we used to go once a month atleast, bunking classes❤ Guwahati Airport has seen a lot of improvement. Pune airport is actually a Airforce base which is used by civil planes. There is a proposed airport which has been planned for years now.

I visited Shillong, Guwahati last year. It was such a surreal experience. ❤❤ Watching clouds, mountains, nature was so soothing. Everyone should visit Mawsynram. 😊😊

Hi Soumit: We did the same circuit in June 2019 with my elder daughter. We went up to Dawki and did boating in the river there. The water was crystal clear and the boatman even caught a fish, showed it to us and then released it back in to the water. The Nohkalikai waterfall was amazing. It was cloudy when we went there. 10 minutes later, the clouds parted and we could see the waterfall in all its glory.
