For those of you who it says "launching config.exe error" you need to paste the no cd as its own file instead of replacing nr2003 then do the config not the cnt but the application. I assumed it wouldn't work but it did.

@@Noskywyd click on the three dots and there is a drop down list with the option “pin”. Click that you may need to verify but you only have to do it two or three times

I did that and it crashed after intro
@@LeamSerrano something to do with the dep, I haven't had that problem though. I suggest asking Reddit about that problem

So quick question. I'm planning on getting a Windows 10 or 11 laptop soon but I really don't know if NR2003 can run on a laptop. So this is why I ask, Do you know if it can run on a laptop?
@@Bryzfr it 100% can. Used to run it on laptop for awhile. Also nr2003 is a pretty easy game to run depending on mods. Newer mods are harder to run because there's a lot more stuff going on with them

@@Noskywyd oh cus when I get it I want to download the 2024 cup mod but since it's a more newer mod like you said it might make it hard to run. Good tip man and ty for answering my question
@@Bryzfr no problem. The next gen is a tiny bit challenging to run. But the splash and go mods are the hardest to run because they are some of the best. Just a lil reminder but u should be good if your laptop is new
Im with you until the 4 minute mark with config. I dont see "config" in the folder.

@@Larson57 just delete the papyrus folder and start over. Once again I'm sorry that the game is bugging out for you.

NEVERMIND I GOT IT FIXED AND IT WORKS I JUST HAD TO PAST THE NO CD AS ITS OWN FILE
it worked but after opening it a few times it doesn't open and just says failed to restart D3D and to restart it do you know how to fix this
idk if it's just my PC but how long did it take to download
