For those of you who it says "launching config.exe error" you need to paste the no cd as its own file instead of replacing nr2003 then do the config not the cnt but the application. I assumed it wouldn't work but it did.
@@Noskywyd click on the three dots and there is a drop down list with the option “pin”. Click that you may need to verify but you only have to do it two or three times
@@Noskywyd when you were at the part were i had to copy the nascar thing at 3:33 I did that, but i dont have the folder "Open wheel racing 2" And I cant go to papyrus folder and all that.
@_SOCRATES you don't need that. You could make a papyrus folder but whenever I first installed nr2003, it made a papyrus folder for me. If u want to know more about open wheel racing 2005, you can look it up. It explains what it is better than I ever could.

@@Bryzfr it 100% can. Used to run it on laptop for awhile. Also nr2003 is a pretty easy game to run depending on mods. Newer mods are harder to run because there's a lot more stuff going on with them

@@Bryzfr no problem. The next gen is a tiny bit challenging to run. But the splash and go mods are the hardest to run because they are some of the best. Just a lil reminder but u should be good if your laptop is new
