Chuck is kinda right. Because of their record, teams proly don't worry too much about them but the reality is.....the Warriors are sooooo soooo sooo much better than their record. Chuck says they the number 9 seed but he doesn't say that yesterday they were 10....and that they have lost more close games than most teams have even played. Their record doesn't tell the story and that's why when they make the playoffs, teams might not worry about them but they will get burned if they don't. Any team that doesn't take Warriors seriously in the playoffs is gonna lose and it won't be close!!!!

yeah...last year had the Lakers going to WCF and the Heat to the NBA Finals and here is Chuck today downplaying play-in teams in a very loaded Western Conference
and they got whooped like Harden's Rockets, Westbrook's OKC, Booker's suns and Lillliard's Blazers before them. I love when people overlook the warriors every year.
Difference is that Lakers made big trades. After the deadline the Lakers were one of the best teams in the west. Neither GSW nor the Lakers did anything to make me believe they can turn it on for the post season.

6:13 Chuck needs to speak louder on this for the people in the back! Once playoff time comes around (i.e. when the games actually matter) you see way more post-offense being utilized. Also, if you want scoring down low, watch a Mavs game and see how many points Luka Doncic gets by just bodying guys and getting them off balance.
The only thing the top WEST are worried about is that the Lakers and the Warriors don't have anything to lose and thus can force wear and tear on those top team going to the conference championship.

Well the clippers have been very good and much more consistent then the lakers, the suns have too many injuries to really know, but okc has been on a tear, the only issue is if a team plays the lakers can they deal with the fact that they will lose the free throw battle

My uncle on my stepfather’s side💪🏽🙏🏽went to college with Chuck at Auburn University way back in the days. Unk played 🏀 and he was a great boxer as well. I think the current Warriors can reach the NBA Finals; I really do. They have won 12 of their last 15 since 30 January. Steve Kerr finally learned to bench Klay Thompson and make Kuminga their second option. Chris Paul is also back, and he's shown he can skillfully lead the second unit. And well, Miami made it to the Finals last year as the 8th seed.
The Warriors are done man. They can't even beat the Lakers, what makes you think they can beat the top teams in the West?

It has a lot to do with match up. Depending on who the teams are matched up against will determine how it eventually pans out. Even Denver who I would imagine is the favorite would not want to matched up against the Kings because of match up problems.

Actually, The Lakers and the Warriors are always the most dangerous. The floor is low, both teams are underperforming but the ceiling is super high, they can beat anybody.
