Me too but I used Game Center to login when I first got the game so I don’t know if it used my gmail or not but when I put my gmail it says it’s incorrect

I WOULD CRY
(iOS user) IT WORKS, BUT I had to get Chrome, log into the redeem site with the same email with the game login email as suggested in the video, put the server, and it stopped acting like my character wasn't created. It redeemed a code and the stuff came in the mail, so that's probably the only way we'll be able to redeem codes.
It's probably worth mentioning this didn't work with a different browser (DuckDuckGo) when I had a social linked too, so I unlinked it then proceeded to do the above.

Basically, go to the little icon that looks like Paimon -> settings -> account -> redeem code
And your done! (And that’s just one way to do it so here’s the other way to do it -> 1:45

@@Lilly1011 you can make an account using a login and give it all your data, it’ll still work with ur Game Center account but you can have access to the web

There’s no “redeem code” button. I play on iPad and I did the exact same steps, went on settings and clicked account, but there were no buttons to redeem a code.

I had the same problem, to resolve i linked my email to my current acc by going in “account” and then “user center” in genshin

My email is linked to my Genshin account/Hoyo account and I’m adventure rank 45 and it won’t give me the “Redeem code” option in settings anymore. It used to be there but it isn’t and I’m using the account I always have. It also won’t let me redeem a code on the hoyo website either.
