I think it's that emotions actually weigh her down? Sadness, being the one she probably experienced the most due to parental neglect, would have been the one most burdened down by emotion. Comfort, a little less. She probably did live a life of extreme routine just like most everyone in pre-2015 Chaldea.
Anger, due to her mostly blaming herself, would be one of the rarer emotions, so less to hold back the "system" that forces her to be U-Olga Marie. Happiness would probably be what she experienced least, and thus that one would have been the most truly alien, emotionless of the facets and the one wielding the greatest power as a result?
Imo, I think the different E Olga Maries differ in control of her own powers, corresponding to her emotions/feelings.
When sad, you sink into putting less effort into things, but you let your mind wander. Comfort lets one take things easy, as if you're petting an animal. Anger drives one to uncontrollable violence. The mind is only fixated on doing things out of their burning desire, thus letting their emotions take over. Happiness is when the mind and body acts in unison. When you're motivated to do something, you expect greater results. You start to piece things together to accomplish things, perhaps from recent discoveries that take you from point A to point B.
And perhaps the E Olga Maries are separated by their feelings corresponding to their elements; however it doesn't make much sense to classify the E Olga of flame as herself when sad. It could fit her better as the element of water, while wind is comfort, anger as fire, and happiness as Earth, but that's just my opinion.
Because she will be a yandere olga. That's why she is a monster, a yandere monster :)
Happiness Marie: when someojes happy, they put all their motivation and effort into it and as a result its ALL of U-Olga Marie’s power. So we will be the U-Olga Marie that we’ve seen 3 times: Olympus, Wandering Sea and the Beginning of the South American Lostbelt, and she was TOUGH. As Aqua Marie stated that all the elements have the same rank as U-Olga, sadness: doesn’t want to use all her power. Comfort: weakens herself a bit for Chaldeas. Anger: unable to control herself and as a result cannot unleash her full power due to her own nature.
As for why Sadness potentially had information about CHALDEAS: most of Olga Maries life she has been trying to prove to everyone that she can be as good as Marisbury but she couldn’t… but Happiness COULD have the information, as it could be the time we spent with U-Olga Marie, the time she was human: making her the best possibility of bringing her back. But Happiness having information on CHALDEAS is

We kinda like her water element mature self,she has similarities to Miss Melt as the perfect summoned candidate.
So if I got it right, all four elements are basically copies but still equal to the original U Olga Marie. And the only thing that seperates the elements from their power is the emotion they represent but apparently they're still equally as strong somehow. So they're kinda equal and kinda not?

I think it was based off of his memories of his life as a normal human, before he was signed up for Chaldeas. Monte Cristo just inserted some of the servants’ appearances and personalities into the ones he probably couldn’t remember correctly. Like Mandricardo, Himeko and Jeanne Alter having their appearances being used as a basis for them.
Edit: but as for his family: its most likely Dantes didn’t want to truly cause the Avenger side of Ritsuka to truly be born, and such he inserted Monte Cristo as his father, Caster Da Vinci as his mother and Rider Da Vinci as his sister. He saw Caster Da Vinci as a maternal figure due to how she was to him and Mash in part one, 1.5 and beginning of part 2, and how Rider Da Vinci is seen as a sister due to how they interact with each other. Imagine if you see people who look EXACTLY like your family dead… while Ritsuka knew this was a singularity it was the fact people who looked like them had taken the roles of his family members, so Dantes had to ensure Ritsuka wouldn’t become an Avenger and did that.

That is the twist: she was never controlled. All four Olga incarnations are doing this of their own free will. They're the main villains of the Olga Quests (or at least the final one is).
The alien god is a being created to serve some form of function that would make the universe veiw humabity a sthe worst species with intelegentblife as daybit knew, but aisd efrom serving that function she's a complete individual being frommeither CHALDEAS or olga marie, the elements being even more distinct.

I did Castoria, mash, Merlin. Works surprisingly well. For damage, just Giga buff mash buster with her skill, Merlin buster skill and castoria’s damage against threat to humanity…👌 ( i have an ignore defense up CE on mash, but mash’s skill should/could cover that. (Tried to brute force for half a day but didn’t work😢😅… don’t have Castoria berserker)
