Fantastic bikes better than any modern bike built to last you'll have loads of fun on it when its fixed up. I'm over the pond in the UK I brought the same bike last year it was imported from Arizona the Kawaski KD where for the US and Canadian Market only it was a true dirt bike no lights aluminium wheels CDI ignition sticker on the head stock says off road use only everyone else got the KE so not many over here i had to fully rebuild the motor on mine I managed to get most parts OEM rod kit\piston kit\seals\ gaskets i had the crank rebuilt and barrel rebored it now runs like a dream ready to ride this spring the bike was 99% complete when I brought it all the little rubbers clips ect most things that disappear over the years are still there its like a time capsule so from the desert of Arizona to Woods of Sherwood forest. They made the KD for 3 years only in 3 different colours 76 KD175A1 in tangerine 77 KD175A2 in silver and the 78 KD175A3 in Kawaski green KD means Kawasaki Dirt KE Kawaski Enduro and KX is self explanatory
I owned one of these brand new in 1977 my parents bought it for me .I was a teenager. I'm now 59 years old. Ha ha but I would love to have one again. Is it for sell? I live in texas
I'm fairly certain all the 175s came with a singular oil line that goes next to the carb. However the f5 and f9 the 350ccs had a 2nd oil pipe that went to bearings.
They fell off the edge of the earth again. Oh well, it was pretty good while it lasted. Building a YT channel doesn't just fall out of the sky, it can be work and takes dedication to keep good content coming.
Welcome back

Nothing like a simple old 2-stroke! Enjoy! It's newer than the ones I grew up riding 😎
Aw yeah, another BNP video. Glad to have you back!

Nice to have you back again doing your awesome builds.
That is very cool I've never seen a carburetor in the engine like that
Always great seeing you
😉 miss you guys
glad to see you back at it.
Have a 1970 kawasaki f6 that the carbs that way as well, but it cover is half of what you have going on. Brings ya right to the carb.
It’s a rotary valve engine and you have to use the oil injector it oils the crank there super sweet engines and Kawasaki made them from 1974 to 2001

Good to see ya back
I have an old Kawasaki G5 100 and it has the same carburetor in the casing like that
Man it's never that easy to start after setting for long but it fired right up the 2 stroke god's were on your side that day
Check on the triple tree to see if the year is stamped there
Awesome. I bet it felt amazing when it stayed running
They fell off the edge of the earth again.
