No one will see this... but this was the first movie i watched after i had moved across country from my family anf on my own. Was an accident how amazing this movie is. Just heard it was good for so long and randomly decided to put it on. But i hummed and sang this everyday to get throught it. This movie to me reminds me of becaoming an adult more than our youthful years now

I remember my aunt renting this film from Blockbuster back in 07 and watching it with my cousin. Now it’s 2024, I’m 29 and she’s 27, and she’s in labor rn with her firstborn.
I doubt anyone will see this, but anyways.. Back in March, I adopted a cat and after a lot of deliberation, I named her Juno after this movie. Juno’s character was so lovable and so was my kitty, so I figured the name was a no brainer. She was my first cat and everyone who met her instantly fell in love with her. She was scared of people she didn’t know but in the short time we knew each other, we grew a bond and she trusted me significantly as compared to anyone else. She passed 05/18/2023 at no fault of my own; she was only around a year old. I sit here awaiting autopsy results but she died hours after having a spay operation and I believe the clinic who performed it is ultimately responsible for her death. I’ve been grieving her loss and my eyes well up everytime I think of her. I remembered the soundtrack and now I am here, reminiscing on the last couple of months I was in Juno’s life and how much I love her and miss her. I don’t know if this pain will ever go away, but I’m happy to at least have this movie and soundtrack to comfort me in the darkest times. Rest in paradise my sweet calico kitty, you will be forever missed and I anticipate that we will meet again one day upon my arrival from crossing the rainbow bridge.❤️
Awww I’m so sorry for your heartache. And, yes. The pain subsides, but the missing doesn’t. I miss my dog, who passed 2 years ago, everyday. But now, like you, I smile when I think of her. I smile a lot:) My suggestion? Why don’t you get another kitty! It really really helps with the grieving process. Three months after Reese passed, I adopted a wonderful dog. He’s a great friend. He’s not a replacement, but an extension of the love I have to give. I’m sure you have a lots of love to give another kitty. ❤🙏❤

His name was Zelda n i sadly was not able to be with him his last few days he was alive bcuz I was out of town on vacay, when my sisters called me to tell me my cat passed I bawled lol, he was prolly thinking I left him or something yk😔 we never found out what was cause of death but I cremated him n have a picture of him on my keychain so he’s alway with me. The pain does subside but even now texting this I’m tearing up a lil bit lol. Everybody’s mourning process if different but my advice is b happy, you did everything u can for her, we were their whole world theyre jus a chapter for us, but a very big chapter tho lol we’ve done our part now it’s time for Mother Nature to take care of Zelda and ur cat Juno, and that girls dog lol. Always remember the good times too the love our pets gave/give us is priceless and unconditional ❤

I was sad about the transition too but then I realized that I was more sad about the fact that Page lost her Juno cuteness a few years before the transition. Like I just foolishly thought she would look the same because I forgot how much time had passed since Juno. It's a bummer that we have to age.
