About the game:
Instruments of Destruction features an advanced physics-based destruction system. You can demolish every structure in the game piece by piece. In addition, every object you see in the game world--save for small decorative plants and rocks--is part of the physics system. Each element of the world interacts with each other and together they create a physical, visceral world to play with.

Build a vehicle your way, with an ever-expanding array of parts and pieces. Using an intuitive vehicle construction system that also lets you customize your vehicles' appearance and controls, you'll always have fun creating your next awesome invention.

Yeah! That was me! I suggested going around a building and cinching it tight, like an AT-AT on Hoth!
Now that I've seen the destruction properties of the cable itself... maximum length, and 'clothes line' the whole line of buildings
Should try the hooks with maximum radius and low damage settings, perhaps on a heavy vehicle that can attach to the ground and pull itself back with pistons.
Scrapman i had an idea, you probably wont see this but the drone being pulled in for the shockwave gave me an idea, you remember the shockwave missile you made? Couldn’t you try attaching a grappling hook to it to make aiming easier and make it fall quicker?

What if you grappled onto the top part of a building and then cut off the bottom part (with a laser for example) and then the grapple hook will fly up? It would be pretty interesting!
i just realized that you can make fixed targeted missle with the grappling hook by setting on 0 damage, max pulling

How about a grappling hook grenade? You shoot it in between buildings hooks shoot in all directions and then you can remote control contact all of them... might be fun to try .

Swingbot: A tiny cube whose only method of moving around is swinging from buildings (using grapple hooks or something similar) like spider-man.
Make something like that twisty tether ball tool from Wolfenstein game, if done correctly it itself should be partially stationary but with a rotating upper sphere where several or more grappling hooks will eject from, covering everything around the dome,before spinning up and shredding it all apart.

Video Idea :
A missle attached to an grapple hook. The missle gets pulled to the building and explodes.
try in another video build a drone that cuts the bottom of the building off and grab the top of the building and fly with it. then you can drop the building on the ground or something like that. great vid btw
You should make a drone or helicopter or something that entirely destroys the bottom without the rest of it falling down, then it could pick up the building and fly away with it.
Imagine several grappling hooked between two buildings collapse simultaneously and bring entire buildings together

Just a random idea : what if you attach grappling hook to a rocket to make them homing missiles ?
Here’s an idea:
Make a magnet or other kind of cannon that takes a flex beam ball with a vortex in the middle and shoots it into a building. Once the flex beam ball is in the middle activate the vortex to either expand or contract inside the building to take the whole structure down. Or modify the ball to stay upright and give it a ridiculous amount of thrust, when activated it shoots out the building similar to the glass elevator from ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.’

Maybe try making a magnet powered engine in intrustments of destruction, trust me its easier said than done.

A modification could be that you make the bottom thrusters angle in the same direction of the grapple, making it counteract the pulling force a bit more

For Grappling Hook experiment i want to see a crossbow where You launch a Blade/Ball into a building.
For another Drone experiment i want to see Small cannon Drone.

I think you should try making a dubstep cannon with a tik beat, and with MAXIMUM POWER.
Scrapman I want to know if you can grapple onto another creation because than you can make something like an rc car and try to grab it and retract it back or you can do like a fishing style aiming game

on drone you could have a grapple on the back that attaches to ground behind it to have more stiblity when bulling building
Can you make a machine to pull yourself with a grappling hook and gain infinite speed?
Grappling hook gattling cannon, grapples the building, retracts, rotates the mechanism, shoots another grappling hook, repeat.
Maybe try to get enough grappling hooks connected to the bottom of a building with a high retraction point and then try to literally flip the building? Like a destruction crane from hell but it literally just table flips buildings if you get what I'm suggesting. Something with a rigid arm with 3 or 4 grappling hooks synchronized together pointed downwards. Anchor points on the body of the machine and then fire then pull with high damage radius and pull strength. Will the building stay intact enough to send it flipping or will you just "table cloth pull" the ground floor from underneath the rest of the building?

Not sure if anyone has suggested it yet (or if its even possible) bola gun : fire a grapple that when you press retract it disconnects from your craft and launches the grapple like a bola to wrap around the target
Halfway through the video so you may think of this by the time its over... shoot one hook down to the ground as an anchor and then shoot a second or third at the buildings.
Oooo what about a swinging block that has hooks on either side and a thruster that you can eject so the cable swings through the buildings
Can you take a building and put it on top of another one? Like have a crane that can seperate the building from the ground (lasers at ground level). Something like those harbour container crate thingies

There's so many crazy things you can do with this. You could make a machine that grapples onto something, pull it towards you then flip it over and slam it into the ground, like a suplex machine.
make a crane with the grappling hooks, turn on tough structures or something and try to stack 2 buildings

Use a grappling hook to pull an object to a building, while at the same time detaching it from your creation. like a wired homing missile
The last experiment feels like 9/11 two similar towers falling apart. The FBI is now watching my every move.
video idea. spend a video adding random simple weapons onto the drone and experimenting with different attachments.
Okay, This drone should be redesigned to look like a UFO.
You should combine a grapple and a laser, see if you can chop off the top of a building when already grappled then yank a massive piece of the building.
Or maybe even use multiple grapples and a second vehicle for the laser, grapple to a roof then fly the second vehicle with the laser to the side of the building and just slice off the foundations :P then you can fly away with the building :P

you should go up when you pull the buildings towards each other so that the 2 buildings will hit themselves, not the drone.
Not sure if you've done it yet. But multiplayer Monday where you build cars for a course and after each lap (3,4 idk) you each get to remove a part or section of the others vehicles. Or add to it. Make some wacky races in scrap mechanic.

Just so you know, damage radius is not the damage radius the hook does on impact with the building, it's the damage radius the hook does when pulling the building

Your propellers spin direction are wrong ...I mean it works but as a pro drone pilot it's just bothering me lol keep up the fun videos
Attach a grappling hook to an oscillating overdriven max speed fast piston, launch the grappling hook at a building, and activate the piston.
It would be awesome if you made a realistic drone. I mean like 2 spin faster than the others so you turn etc etc.

I suggest instead of realign the hook back reverse the drone or make it move opposite of the building while grappled
