Actually, driving is a commercial event requiring a license, traveling however is a personal event and does not require a license, the Supreme Court Of the United States have already ruled on this like a billion times and yet we continue to rehash this over and over because people refuse to read, comprehend and acknowledge the difference between Legal and Lawful, the term Legal is a Corporate term, Lawful is a Constitutional term and if people would only take the time to read simple English we could all get along a whole lot better.
Unfortunately, hardly anyone in America today can seem to comprehend common sense and logic, many people have no understanding of the Constitution and or Bill of Rights, it’s actually frightening how truly ignorant people really are in this Nation but it certainly says a lot about the crumbled state we now find ourselves in, it’s so frustrating.
Part of the problem is people have been conditioned over a long period of time and thanks to the obfuscation of words such as Conspiracy Theory and Sovereign Citizen, people have been conditioned largely by way of propaganda to believe these are bad words/people. Let us dissect the term Sovereign and what it actually means shale we?
      sovereign
      [ sov-rin, sov-er-in, suhv- ]
      noun
a monarch; a king, queen, or other supreme ruler.
      Synonyms: potentate, empress, emperor
a person who has supreme power or authority.
a group or body of persons or a state having sovereign authority.
The word Sovereign has been bacterized into something it is not, if anyone can call anyone a Sovereign it be better served when talking about Police Officers, they have such a thing called Qualified Immunity and as a result more often than not become sovereign as it sadly by default puts them above the law and more often than not are not Heald accountable for their mistakes, I understand the original concept of creating such policies for law enforcement as they are often put in very bad situations and are forced sometimes to make rash quick decisions and this is a recipe for disaster because the system also gets abused and used as a protection claws leading to untrust worthy outcomes. While I agree we need something in place to protect our police sure, but it’s also up to us ‘We the People’ to be able to hold their feet to the fire and accountable for officers out of control and ego driven bad decision making, their certainly not infallible any more or less then anyone else. We often as a society put police officers up on a pedestal and once, we put them there they almost become aloud to act a fool and far to often for the wrong reasons, I’ve seen it a thousand times where police are truly out of control and downright tyrannical as if it’s Nazi Germany all over again and we as a people can not allow these bad actors, everyone one of us needs to be held accountable and so do police, no excuses period.
I love our police, we need them now more than probably ever, their will always be bad people, but driving without a license is not a crime, it’s our God given right. It’s constitutional and has been ruled on many of times by the Supreme court and yet many of you continue to follow the status quo and go along with the program without so much as asking questions to actually find out if your actually right or not, simply read the Constitution to figure it out, it’s not rocket science, the Constitution is very plain and simple to understand, it was written in such a way the common man could easily understand it and yet so many of you still in 2024 refuse to read it. Its sickening and then you have the gall to wonder why our nation is in such shambles, look around you and open your minds and God given intelligence to figure it out. How long will it take? It’s so freaking frustrating, exacerbating…
If your under the impression that you need permission to be free, then it’s likely your mind resides in a cage, free yourselves from this mental bondage, simply read the constitution and even more importantly, the bill of rights, these are our sacred founding documents, IMHO, these are the most important documents on planet earth and it might be time you figure it out. Put down your egos, take away the ignorance and just do it or forever be a slave. The choice is all you.

Is there anyway I can half that wolf sit on my shoulder to remind me of my choices and to know that Judge Simpson is not the only judge who can be very real with defendants in a courtroom, but if I ever did get in trouble I would only hope that I could get a judge like him! He is one of the realest judges I have ever seen, and although I’m no attorney he seems to really know his stuff and honestly seems to be truly impartial and looks out for the court as well as the defendant as long as they are respectful of the court! You seldomly ever see a judge show they have a heart only other judge I know of would be judge Caprio (sorry if I misspelled) these 2 men are an example of what all judges should be like. They have worked hard to know what they do and have done the time and deserve the respect they don’t demand but ask of everyone who comes before them, it only becomes a demand when those ppl need to be corrected! Judge Manning is also another judge I have come to respect out of Fulton County GA, she will hold her tongue as long as she can but when she gets to the point that fucs no longer apply it’s like a 💣 going off, you should check out the time she did a field sobriety test from the bench after throwing her robe on the floor and walking around the bench!

I love seeing that sov-cit hit the brick wall of justice & pay the price for his arrogance, but I also empathize with his situation. He's intellectually challenged. He's extremely gullible. I don't like to throw around "brainwashed" in this sense, as he seems to have knowledge of his surroundings. But he's doubling down, and seems to think this is the only way to react - the script. All he knows is the script. He's simply not competent. I agree with the 30 days, completely - but anything beyond this, he's going to need to be shown all the other sov-cit videos until he's deprogrammed - or at least aware of the 100% failure rate of sov-cits in court.
Whoever is coaching these slow, gullible people, shame on you. Your sov-cit scripts have brought only misery. It's no wonder Joel Osteen has several mansions & Lambos, there are people out there just begging to be ruled. It takes a rotten person to prey on the intellectually challenged.

@@markroe8229 I think it's proven that he's simple & gullible, but it's a stretch to say 'brainwashed'. These cultists don't deserve an inch of sway with their scripts. I'm just saying there's a grey area between competent and incompetent that's being ignored. Just because he can string sentences together, knows the sun rises east & sets west, doesn't mean he's able to make decisions like this. I love seeing his arrogance stepped on & his contempt punished - but notice what some of these guys do - like Eric Martin, who is brainwashed - they double down with the scripts - they aren't aware of the other things in their tool box. But we have to be careful to not penalize them for more than what they're on trial for, the amount of court time they waste, and their behavior in court. They didn't have that good parent or that one friend who would put them in check. It's a lot like cultism & religion in that script told him "they're going to accuse you of being incompetent, they're going to say you're wrong, they're going to say blah, blah". Then he hears these "prophecies" come true, and he believes the scripts even deeper. When he's got 30 days to consider his defense, the sov-cits are there waiting, like vultures, to coach him. He should be deemed incompetent or at least treated in a mental health facility. He could be advised to watch UA-cam sov cit courtroom videos. Even these comments.

The judge . Joking about he would take a box of envelopes to the jail to sell for a dollar each!?!? That is despicable!! A lot of the inmates are indigent and the others have limited income or none while incarcerated and they are being charged a dollar an envelope!!! That's despicable, outrageous , criminal in itself and should certainly be against the law if not the constitution!! It's inhumane treatment. Rights are being violated if they have to write to defend their case and can't afford the envelope. Its so offensive it shocks the rational mind! The judge showed no concern much less endeavored to right this travesty or at least verbalize it. Wow! Do all our jails care more about their greed than the humanity they are responsible for??

    • @nphil1229
      @nphil1229 Місяць тому +1

Your viewpoint is noted, although somewhat lacking in substance. Yes, quite a number of inmates are likely indigent, however, I believe most all of them have enough sense to allow court-appointed attorneys to represent them, unlike this young man. The defendant raised the issue of envelopes costing a dollar. The judge had no awareness of how much they cost. He interjected a little humor into the situation, which even the defendant found funny. If you find that so offensive, maybe the problem is with you. No constitutional rights are being violated by charging inmates a dollar for an envelope. How much are stamped envelopes at the post office? Most people are jailed because of doing something illegal. If they made wiser choices, they wouldn't be in a situation where they're locked up and stuck to buy envelopes for a dollar each. Again, if this defendant had chosen to accept and work with his court-appointed counsel, he wouldn't need to be concerned about getting correspondence to the judge, as his lawyer would have taken care of it. From the looks of him, the defendant wasn't being treated inhumanely while in jail, nor did he express such. The defendant's rights aren't being violated. In fact, the judge is doing all he can to ensure that isn't happening. The prison-industrial complex is certainly a real issue, that needs to be addressed, but that's not going to be righted by any judge. That's the responsibility of legislators. Have you contacted yours about the issue? Perhaps that's where your "righteous indignation" should be directed.
