Scykoh! As someone who has used Tracton on my playthrough from the game corner here's some advice. You should learn how to play Voltorb flip. Its way more skill based than Slots and there are resources online that basically sort of solve the puzzle for you. Secondly, before you but it, SAVE BEFORE YOU DO SO. You should reset if the Tracton has any ability other than Speed Boost. I can't emphasize this enough.
I discovered in my own playthrough that it can hit up to 11 times. There's a battle later where you fight *someone* with *someone else's* help and it hits once for every Pokémon including yours/your ally's.
You have TM27(Return), which does damage based on happiness. At max happiness it has a base power of 102, 100 accuracy, and no recoil which makes quite a bit better than take down. That guy in the casino building will raise happiness to the max level, so it would be a good idea to teach it to dunsparce.
Actually I don't think he does raise happiness to the max level. I took my level 1 eevee to see him and still had to get it to level 41 before it became espeon.
Scykoh, go back to the plot of land between two bridges on route 7, where you fought Theo. There's a rock next to a palm tree; if you examine it, you'll find a sun stone.
I was using tracton all the way through my first playthrough, too! Such an awesome wrecking machine. The steel/dragon type combo is just crazy good, as is speed boost.
scykoh I know this may sound and be woerd but your voice makes me crave tostitos INSANELY I have no idea why but yup...your soothing voice makes me hungry and also keep IP the food work scykoh
Roost removed Aveden's Flying type for the turn, and thus its weakness to Rock. The first hit wasn't a crit. Also, I recommend playing Voltorb Flip, not slots. There's no risk of losing coins and there's even an online Voltorb Flip solver you can use.
Funny that you mentioned that one song reminding you of Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles, I noticed it immediately too, and it turns out it actually is a remix. It's the world map theme, titled "Today Arrives, Becoming Tomorrow." I haven't noticed any others yet, but there are apparently a number of songs from non-Pokemon games.
You did have the Magnitude numbers wrong. Magnitude 7 was 30%. if you count down from Magnitude 7 to Magnitude 4 the % drops like this. 30% in the middle then 20% then 10% then 5%. and if you count up from Magnitude 7 to Magnitude 10,the % goes like this 30% in the middle then another set of 20% then 10% then 5. So Magnitude 7 is the most likely. But Magnitude 4 and 10 both share 5%. Magnitude 5 & 9 both share 10%. And Magnitude 6 & 8 both share 20%.
It was final fantasy crystal chronicles lol. that's awesome. I'll agree. I love the manor music. the freaking Boing sound in that song. my friend and I played that level all the time just got that song
Yo Scykoh, a little piece of advice, if an opponent's Flying-type Pokémon uses Roost, it gets rid of its Flying type for the same turn, so Rock-type moves like Ancientpower won't be super-effective.
On your battle against Theo, the second Ancient Power you used did way less damage than the first because the opponent used Roost, and whenever Roost is used, the Pokémon loses their Flying-type for that turn, so Ancient Power was not Super-Effective the second time you used it because the opponent was not part Flying-type during that turn.
So they used the anime version of the bicycle which pretty neat tho it's a shame that they didn't loop the song correctly. And the song that plays when you talked to the guys at the boat was from Crystal Chronicles.
Please read this Scykoh, something is bothering me. You're not using your dusk ball. I understand why, but you need to check the facts. The Dusk ball is a 4x capture rate at night OR IN A CAVE
Noticed something interesting with the Ancient Power during the Rival fight... It was super effective on the Avaden until you got the hit with the stat boosts, then it was only neutral... Must be some weird programming oversight.
for dusk ball is 3x capture rate in caves or at night time, super good ball i would reccomend making it your main ball later in the game and just changing the clock to night when you play
How to REK Uranium within 10 STEPS: #1 Catch a Feleng. #2 Let it evolve on Level 19. #3 Temporary store it. #4 Get Rest + Sleep Talk (Gym 4) #5 Use 1 Rare Candy after teaching it Rest. #6 Teach it Sleep Talk instead of Rest. #7 Teach it RETURN. #8 Let him /her hold a Soothe Bell. #9 See Feliger REK the fourth gym and the rest of the region!
Scykoh please do a final fantasy crystal chronicles play through! It was also one of my favourite games when I was younger! Keep up the great videos buddy!
Scykoh I hope you read and this info helps but idk why you did not let Lord Dunsp learn glare. it's good in battles due to it being a paralyze move and also for catching pokemon instead of hoping for Flame Body to kick in. Love the series
+Jacob Bray In this particular context, on a lets play channel, in a fan-made, "illegal" Pokemon game, not to mention that Scykoh probably doesn't even know where it's from, I think it's pretty vague. :)
***SPOILERS!*** Please, stop gambling for Tracton, it's part Dragon, so it will take neutral damage from the type you're trying to resist. I recommend training Curly instead and going for a Rock Polish/Iron Head/Head Smash/Earthquake set (don't evolve her into her final form before level 44 and she'll learn Earthquake, the rest are normal level-up moves), Gararewl is the only pure Steel-type in the game and thus the only *normal* Pokémon that resists THAT type (it saved my butt numerous times), plus Lord Dunsp already evolves into a Dragon type. Train up a balanced team of 6 in the time you would spend gambling and reloading, and study the type effectiveness chart, because this game gets pretty relentless towards the end. I always felt that my Pokémon were underleveled and had to grind a lot, even though I battled every trainer and always used the same six Pokémon. The new type is not very well balanced either. Get the new Eeveelution, slap a Choice Scarf on it and spam Hyper Voice - EVERYTHING in its way just melts away, even Pokémon 10-15 levels higher - it's just broken. Certainly very satisfying to use though. ***SPOILERS!***
I love how the game corner attendant basically lampshaded how ridiculous it was of Pokémon to remove the game corner from future generations on account of complaining soccer moms.
Scykoh, i will warn you now, the 7 gym is really hard ans the all the next from 4-8, you should have a team of 6 pokemon it will beacome really handy, but do watherver you want cause you always the best!!!!
At 15:54 If you had died to the wild pokémon you could have potentially broken the game. Didn't you use a glitch like that to get a level 100 Nidoking?

ninjaskton confirmd
hmm.
id rather get it from victory road
spending that much time gambling, pff
Don L I did the gambling cause Voltorb flip is really fun and ended up having WAY more than 9999 coins in the end
Pokemon Special well, if it was fun, at least it wasnt a complete waste of time for ya
how is voltorb flip fun
its just pokemon minesweeper
"this is no by no means a catch 'em all play through" 3 episodes later...
Catch em all! Haha XD
EXACTLY I NOTICED THAT TOO 😂
"theres a lot ground types, a water type will be good!"
Doesn't use dexter the whole fight.
If you do get the coins, save before getting Tracton, so you'll try to get one with speed boost.
Why have i only just realised this sinking disturbed feeling that Baashaun is just shaun the sheep with 'baa' in front of it....
Baaschaf
Schaf = sheep
"beat up" hits once for every non-fainted pokemon in your party. It hit twice because she had 2 pokemon.
I discovered in my own playthrough that it can hit up to 11 times. There's a battle later where you fight *someone* with *someone else's* help and it hits once for every Pokémon including yours/your ally's.
+Cerulean “Adrenaline” Voice That sounds horrifying
It would if it was the opponent using it. Fortunately, it's your ally.
Yessss someone else that acknowledges that Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles actually existed...
You can register both and when you use the keybind for your register it gives you a little menu to pick which item registered you would like to use.
FIGHTING ON THE BEACH DRRROOO DOO DOO!
FIGHTING ON THE BEACH DOO DOO DOO DOO!

You're right, I just checked and he only increases happiness by 30. Which means he's a liar since that is not what he said.
That sheep...
*is dabbing*

Scykoh, go back to the plot of land between two bridges on route 7, where you fought Theo. There's a rock next to a palm tree; if you examine it, you'll find a sun stone.
I love this series please keep it up.
I was using tracton all the way through my first playthrough, too! Such an awesome wrecking machine. The steel/dragon type combo is just crazy good, as is speed boost.
25:20 " I wanna ride that guy dude"
scykoh I know this may sound and be woerd but your voice makes me crave tostitos INSANELY I have no idea why but yup...your soothing voice makes me hungry and also keep IP the food work scykoh
Dusk ball gives a bonus during night and in caves
Roost removed Aveden's Flying type for the turn, and thus its weakness to Rock. The first hit wasn't a crit.

Loving this series :)
For future reference, roost removes flying-type from Pokemon that use it for a turn. You didn't critical that first hit. 23:38
Beat up is the only move which can hit more than 5 times. Once for each non fainted Pokemon, so someone with a full team will get six hits
"Steel is very important in this game"
game: *is full of ground types
You did have the Magnitude numbers wrong. Magnitude 7 was 30%. if you count down from Magnitude 7 to Magnitude 4 the % drops like this. 30% in the middle then 20% then 10% then 5%. and if you count up from Magnitude 7 to Magnitude 10,the % goes like this 30% in the middle then another set of 20% then 10% then 5. That ground grass coconuts evolved form evolves by being fed coconut milk Scykon
I think scykoh confused glare with mean look
It was final fantasy crystal chronicles lol. that's awesome. I'll agree. I love the manor music. the freaking Boing sound in that song. my friend and I played that level all the time just got that song
dont' know if anyone has told you this yet, but Return is stronger than Take Down and I think you have the TM

The bike is a foldable bike. WHY does nobody get this!!!??
steel type is important. because "EVERYTHING HAS A GROUND TYPE!!"
Please read this Scykoh, something is bothering me. You're not using your dusk ball. I understand why, but you need to check the facts. The Dusk ball is a 4x capture rate at night OR IN A CAVE
By not using it I mean when it's useful and not being aware of it
guess you didn't finish the video. he used it at nigh
But not in the cave. There, time doesn't matter for the duskball.
its x3.5 in pokemon uranium, still good tho
I hadn't used it until now because I was planning to save it for Minyan. :)
Dusk balls are effective during night and in caves!
You can register multiple key items
The evolved form of Baashon looks like he is dabing
When he roosts he loses his flying typing fora turn. But what does that mean for dunsparce?
Noticed something interesting with the Ancient Power during the Rival fight... It was super effective on the Avaden until you got the hit with the stat boosts, then it was only neutral... Must be some weird programming oversight.
Josh Styles he used roost witch removed the flying x2 effect
Sckykoh, Roost makes you lose your flying type so he became normal instead of normal flying.
When I played the beta of this game I got a Tracton on the forums in a trade. It had Speed Boost and an adamant nature, and it was very powerful!
Yatagaryu is my choice of dragon. So... powerful...
Scykoh before you get Tracton save, and try to get one with speed boost.
for dusk ball is 3x capture rate in caves or at night time, super good ball i would reccomend making it your main ball later in the game and just changing the clock to night when you play
4x*
+The GamingRowlet could have sworn I heard 3x, oh well mistakes are made in only hu- wait shit
And then theres me thinking its 3.5x haha
How to REK Uranium within 10 STEPS:
#1 Catch a Feleng.
#2 Let it evolve on Level 19.
#3 Temporary store it.
#4 Get Rest + Sleep Talk (Gym 4)
#5 Use 1 Rare Candy after teaching it Rest.
#6 Teach it Sleep Talk instead of Rest.
#7 Teach it RETURN.
#8 Let him /her hold a Soothe Bell.
#9 See Feliger REK the fourth gym and the rest of the region!
"I'll probably get poisoned, knowing my luck"
What's with that pessimism, dude? 😂
Scykoh, say crud if you're being held hostage !
Welp, this is going to be a long grind. Have fun, Scykoh!
when a flying type pokemon uses roost, they lose the flying type for that turn
Wait...so Munch was lucky enough to get Buizel first time, and it died.
isn't Dusk Ball for dark areas ?
Bulbasaur isn't weak to rock, it's weak to water and ground only.
That music that reminded you of Crystal Chronicles *is* from Crystal Chronicles.
Scykoh please do a final fantasy crystal chronicles play through! It was also one of my favourite games when I was younger! Keep up the great videos buddy!
You should do a Banjo Kazooie Nuts and Bolts play through. Would enjoy it
Scykoh dusk are really effective inside of caves lol. ;)
Dude, teach Dunsparce Return. It's 17 base power stronger at full happiness and has 100% accuracy with no recoil.
it sound like it's from the crystal Chronicles 27:32
Scykoh dusk balls help in caves as well as at night
minyan is my favorite non legendary/mythical pokemon now
bit odd that a bicycle repair shop doesn't have a spare wheel to fix the old bike
Scykoh I hope you read and this info helps but idk why you did not let Lord Dunsp learn glare. it's good in battles due to it being a paralyze move and also for catching pokemon instead of hoping for Flame Body to kick in. Love the series
Edit: If you can find a move tutor later on maybe consider picking the move up
Is there a reason you want to catch everything?
I think it's funny how the professor's name is pronounced bamboo, in keeping with the tree names of the professors in the original games.
the real part starts when he rides the boat
Finally you make the bike. I have been asking in the comments for thee episodes
Hey Scykoh, is your type null? And when you throw that Ultra Ball, you look like a beast.
First the coconut milk is used for evolving cacaran the coconut pokemon and tracton has very few weaknesses so he'll be worth it
also his movepool is meh
can you upload the save file of your platinum randomizer after you finished it ?
i would love to transfer them into gen 6 (totaly not using pkhax )
I once got magnitude 10 but it missed
Suddenly it’s DAY TIME!!! :D
„I wanna ride that guy, dude.“ - Scykoh 2016
BEST UA-camR EVER!
Roost makes you temporarly lose flying type if you are one.
Funny how you named the "tiny master of evil" Nocturne. It would be fitting if you named it Veigar, although that's a vague reference.
I feel like referencing a game with 60 million players isn't very vague
+Jacob Bray In this particular context, on a lets play channel, in a fan-made, "illegal" Pokemon game, not to mention that Scykoh probably doesn't even know where it's from, I think it's pretty vague. :)
Scykoh,Dusk Balls also work better in caves.
How dare you. Your profile picture made me sad because I remember Mother 3 ;-;
hey @scykoh!! A dusk ball has a 3.5 catch rate on pokémon in caves, buildings and at night.
theres voltorb flip too it dosent use coins but it give you them :3
Can someone explain me why he keeps Screech on Lord Durnspace? Isn't that a totally useless move?
*Insert Spongebob Stepping on the Beach joke here*
Scykoh will always open the party menu once a video
Other than chatting with my fiancé, your vids are the best part of my day! :D
Why didn't the bicycle salesman sell you a unicycle? He already had one wheel
Is there a way to farm xp
The starters only have one evolution?
Scykoh what happened to ur original channel
Holy moly this guy talks like all the time!!
Sponaree looks like Floam. Anyone?
***SPOILERS!***
Please, stop gambling for Tracton, it's part Dragon, so it will take neutral damage from the type you're trying to resist. ***SPOILERS!***
Will you be playing pokemon sun or moon?
dusk ball is good during night and in caves.
how good, I don't know, but it's a pokeball outside during the day.
in caves and at night, it gets even better than an ultra ball
idk the exact numbers
+Zaderos Plays yeah, I thought as much.
It's 3.5 times more effective than a Poke Ball in those conditions.
Anyone else baffled he passed on Glare over Screech?
I'm still baffled he didn't keep defense curl and rollout personally
+Cerulean “Adrenaline” Voice same lol
Scykoh, Taunt makes you use only attacking moves for 3 turns.
Beat up hits as many times as a trainers Pokemon. Ex. If they have 6 Pokemon, 6 hits.
At 15:54 If you had died to the wild pokémon you could have potentially broken the game. Didn't you use a glitch like that to get a level 100 Nidoking?
Item's are kept in Pokeball's 😂
25:21 no please dont say that
the next gym is an water type gym
Just for future reference, Scykoh, you forgot the "e" in "Nocturne". (V)
