I have been to London recently, it's an amazing multicultural world-class city, yeah the white british are still there and everywhere, a lot of people from around the world dream of visiting there and even wish to live there, just not everyone can do so.

Tourism these days is not just for well off white people, people come and visit from all over the worst, there are wealthier people in every nation now. We still have our museums, galleries, wonderful countryside, beautiful churches and cathedrals, we just have some different faces too. We have also gained some of the most amazing cuisine, truly a global range, we used to have super bland food……
Even if not everyone likes to hear it, when there was less multiculturalism in England and Europe, cultural life was more pronounced, more intense, it was warmer and more homely. Today, the world is colourful, everyone has a big ego and everything is very focused on material things.

Many different ethnic groups living together peacefully has always existed in urban centers, such as in Rome 2000 years ago, but I think too much of past cultures is being lost today, forgotten: where do we come from, what has shaped us? Peaceful coexistence and living together is only the surface, but they are all ethnically different people. Sure, if you are constantly traveling around the world, perhaps on business, then you feel at home everywhere. But for me and many others, my own ethnic group is more tangible and more alive, just as for other ethnic groups, their own is usually the most beautiful. It's just a form and culture isn't just what's being lived at the moment, the past gets too lost for me, culture is also a long, long past. I know that many others feel the same way.

I was in London last month, London is beautiful, we’ve been in Piccadilly, Boroughs market unfortunately it was closed on Sunday. China town is nice and clean not like other typically ones. There’s many young good looking people there. We had fun in London.

I love the UK, its history, and culture and have lived in both London and non-London parts of the country throughout the years. That being said, the experience of living in London versus smaller British cities is absolutely night and day and if you want a more authentically British experience, I suggest visiting smaller cities and towns.

I left my native Australia in my mid-twenties and lived in the leafy borough of Ealing in West London for the next forty years before retiring back to Australia for family reasons. London is by far my favourite city and it pains me to read so many negative comments here. Perhaps it reflects the kind of experience people had when visiting London which has soured their opinions. On the other hand my life in London was characterised by living in a lovely Edwardian home, with a middle-income job with British Airways, and a circle of friends, some English born, others from Australia, Sri Lanka and other places from the old Empire. I thoroughly enjoyed this walk through familiar streets, with everything looking spic and span. With excellent items like this on UA-cam there is no longer any need for me to fly half-way around the world to re-live old experiences.

2019 my husband and I went to London. I could not believe all the Muslims there. Harrods was swarmed with veiled women. They were lined up at the luxury purse counter, perfume counter, shoe department, jewelry department. Not one English women was shopping in there. Not one.

I recommend that you watch UA-camr Hannah Ricketts then. She does a series of tours through various parts of London all with something unique to offer but that are essentially ethically British. I’m supposing that the boroughs is about the best place there is for migrants to fit it. But it’s still London with its British architecture, cars and its double decker buses. It’s lively. I like it as much as I like the mews for different reasons, for example.

my grandparents on my mother's side were both born in southwark . my grandad born in 1913 at the top end near the old kent road and my nanna born 1916 bit further away near walworth . my mum and my uncle lived in peckham rye as children and i have a great uncle who was killed in the 1st world war and is mentioned on the stockwell tube war memorial . one thing i am absolutely sure of is that apart from the buildings and the red buses they would all say "lord strike a light , i don't recognise that place any more , it's full of foreigners trying to sell me venezuelan cheese"

I was in London last month, London is beautiful, we’ve been in Piccadilly, Boroughs market unfortunately it was closed on Sunday. China town is nice and clean not like other typically ones. There’s many young good looking people there. We had fun in London.

I love the UK, its history, and culture and have lived in both London and non-London parts of the country throughout the years. That being said, the experience of living in London versus smaller British cities is absolutely night and day and if you want a more authentically British experience, I suggest visiting smaller cities and towns.

I left my native Australia in my mid-twenties and lived in the leafy borough of Ealing in West London for the next forty years before retiring back to Australia for family reasons. London is by far my favourite city and it pains me to read so many negative comments here. Perhaps it reflects the kind of experience people had when visiting London which has soured their opinions. On the other hand my life in London was characterised by living in a lovely Edwardian home, with a middle-income job with British Airways, and a circle of friends, some English born, others from Australia, Sri Lanka and other places from the old Empire. I thoroughly enjoyed this walk through familiar streets, with everything looking spic and span. With excellent items like this on UA-cam there is no longer any need for me to fly half-way around the world to re-live old experiences.
I could not imagine going from say, Queensland, to London and having to wear a sweater every day.

I’m supposing that the boroughs is about the best place there is for migrants to fit it. But it’s still London with its British architecture, cars and its double decker buses. It’s lively. I like it as much as I like the mews for different reasons, for example.

my grandparents on my mother's side were both born in southwark . my grandad born in 1913 at the top end near the old kent road and my nanna born 1916 bit further away near walworth . my mum and my uncle lived in peckham rye as children and i have a great uncle who was killed in the 1st world war and is mentioned on the stockwell tube war memorial . one thing i am absolutely sure of is that apart from the buildings and the red buses they would all say "lord strike a light , i don't recognise that place any more , it's full of foreigners trying to sell me venezuelan cheese"
