I pinned that article from that issue of SS up on my wall, it’s probably my favorite R32 GTR build!
Ditch the techno and more engine/exhaust sounds pls...that looks like straight out of the SS mag back in the day...nice!
All those aftermarket Greddy parts make it not street legal 🤷🏻♂️ Misleading. This car wouldn’t pass smog with these parts….
Look like gta SA elegy
How did you get it CA legal?
for real what's the secret? do we just have to send our imports to greddy?
@@WizzWanger I read the article on the car. He bought this GTR from top rank. Most likely, they went through a company called, G & K. They quoted me 10K for the process.
There are people u can buy it from and companies who already get it legal in. California
@@FaceYourFear. you have to get CARB certified (California air resources board) on the car, which is where they test how much smog is emmiting into the air from the car, runs about 7500-10,000$ to do the tests. The CARB likes to charge more for skylines which is 10,000. Its basically a more complex smog test. when it passes CARB testing (if it does) they will run it through the traditional smog test (checking if anything is broke, check engine light etc) and if it passes that, your skyline or anyother imported car to california is now legal to own and drive on the streets
