It was implemented in 1387 by Mehrdad Irvanian.
The textile factory of Shiraz, which was in ruins, is located in the current area of the National Library of Iran, on Koran Street in Shiraz, and in the historical area of the Irfan site, which includes the Hafiziya Collection and the University of Literature, the Tomb of the Famous, Bagh Jahan.
The facade and library of national documents are located.
The design, construction and supervision of all internal and external structures and elements of the building in this project was done by Mr. Amir Abbas Kashif.
