Taking on the 4th Annual Headwaters Hog Hunt | Headwaters Lake Fellsmere, Florida

In this video I'm fishing the 4th Annual Headwaters Hog Hunt. This is a catch photo release style tournament on Headwaters Lake in Fellsmere, Florida. The twist is that it is team based and the two person teams can fish together in a boat or separately in kayaks. Me and my teammate (who did most of the work really haha) managed to get third in the tournament and took home some sweet plaques!
I had a great day of fishing and dodging gators (some not so small ones too...) and I really hope you all enjoyed this video!

Bro arent you aware of the huge gators there. There is not much protection in a yak.

I have never been bothered by a gator anywhere in Florida. The only time they are really aggressive is breeding and nesting season, from May to August. Just don't get between them and their exit and you'll be fine. The gators in Headwaters are very used to people as well and know to keep their distance.
