I'm so glad you explained that first we have to see what we are not... that part about being outside the bubble and not all of it had me pondering... but it's all clear now! Deepest gratitude Terry 🙏

@Asher Emanuel I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site on google and Im in the hacking process atm. Takes quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.

Terry, I watched this video 4 or 5 times. It is a great pictorial demonstration in order to understand "what you are not." It is the same as the headless/faceless pointer by Harding. However at this point, first intellectually and then energetically or instinctually I feel that I have gone as far as I can and exhausted all exertions through meditation which might be painful. I certainly have a sense of deep "knowing" there is "something" on the other side of the "door, glass, or fabric" (the "veil" of sense of separation). Yet there is no "other side," it is just like waking up from a sleeping dream. In mediation, going deeply into the present instant moment or "nowness," aggressively negating the future and the past, exerting into nothingness, and kept asking "what is this" or "what is it" and kept staying in the "quietness," "nothingness." Some times, I feel running though the door, running through glass, ripping through the fabric of separation. Some times I point at my faceless (without a mirror) and aggressively demand "what am I." I feel like a bad ass detective interrogating a seemingly "person" with a light shining on it, but then when the light is moved away from the seemingly "person," the "person" disappears. The light shines upon unreal things. When there is no light, you cannot see the unreal things. But the blank screen (the unknowable and unseen) is "alive," loving and caring. There is no "where" to go. Consciousness or awareness cannot or do not go any where because there is no "where." Just like empty space cannot go any where because there is no "where" or location in empty space. There is no getting "there" too. It is already here and now. Again, these are just words. Thank you.🙏
@@Robert-yi8hh Don’t be frightened to say “I Am” because it’s politically spiritually incorrect, in the final analysis there is but you, expressing as the many/All 😁🙏🏼
@@rosskirkpatrick467 Yes indeed, location is based on mind and consciousness, being conscious of, it’s mind that divides and creates seeming location (thoughts). Consciousness and mind creates seeming duality, you cannot have mind without consciousness, however consciousness without mind is nondual and consciousness has no location. Consciousness is therefore that that is being sought which is ridiculous for it needs not be sought, the problem is the idea that personal self is conscious and it simply isn’t, personal self is a construct of mind only, a story, idea, label or concept, can a concept be conscious?
Thanks Terry. Everything I read there I feel like I agree with it 100%. I know it makes sense and I get that the ‘me’ is very simply just an idea believed in, but I think I maybe haven’t seen this clearly enough and I sense that the ‘me’ is scared (obviously) to let fully go, if that makes sense. Plus I have issues with pain and sensations in the body which are hindering this. I think I may need to get a 1-1 arranged with you.

This exercise is wonderful. It is indeed subtle. This perspective from outside the bubble seems to be key.
Much gratitude for this, Terry. 🙏🏽
This one is very direct i love it
Amazing. Thanks Terry 😊
Note to self @6:10
This bubble pointer is very potent. Right now "behind me" feels like open energetic openess. If that makes any sense.

If we are the overall awareness ‘observing’ everything, why is my experience limited to what is seen, felt, etc from the location of this body?
Where would you expect to experience it from?
So has awareness localised itself into all these humans? Can ‘we’ ever experience ourself from an un localised perspective?
