Here is my theory on this new series;
Jesse is going to suffer DID. (Dissociative Identity Disorder) and he is going to go through all of the characters in the past of his channel. He broke the snapper himself, he overused it. Thus, every time he snaps his fingers it transforms him into a character that he played in his channel before. This then makes him trapped in an endless cycle which then brings up the reason why he called 2017 the year of the Escape. He doesn't want to deal with his DID and wants to break free but can't.
LIKE SO OTHERS CAN SEE.
Edit: Jesse himself is also a character. The character that sensors swear words.

Tristan Mayeaux I went back and realized how dark that cry for "I just wanna go back was" its actually a real cry and "real Jesse" (we'll call him director Jesse) hates his real and "boring" (life which he has hinted at multiple times how boring his life is) and real Jesse is tired of being sad and having a boring life without a character to live it for him, but when his snapper stopped working it was a sign that he was no longer in control of his life (aka real Jesse) and when he kept snapping trying to turn into a character he instead changed personalities. Because his character took over their own lives and turned into uncontrollable multiple personalities. It's sad and depressing to think about that a person turned into multiple personalities, a person that just created characters to entertain people... But lost control....because not only is real Jesse scared but even srgt Jackson is slightly scared too.
Tristan Mayeaux OMG I went back and realized the way he gained control of pscycho kid coming out outside of the court room was the excessive long wink. He did that in the Christmas series. Because every now and then Christmas Jesse (another character) took over and couldn't remember that it was all a serious and right after the excessive blink he remembered it was a serious and always appolagizng for the character escaping and him loosing control of the character.
Woah, at the very end he says "no I'm not going..." As if he's saying I'm not going back. So I think that means that Psycho Kid knew that he was just a character even during the series?..

Pretty excited to see what the new series is going to bring. I like seeing a recall on the old characters and touching on dissociative identity disorder. I love that Sargent Jackson is aware that hes a character, makes you wonder if hes had to have interactions with the other characters.

watching all the series again. this video makes me miss the psycho series all over again. I wish the series would have came back.
Either I'm really high, or this series just got really dark and makes you think that this has been planned from the entire start...think about it, go back and watch some of the older videos and see if he ever snaps while he's in control to change, but somewhere along the line something went terribly terribly wrong and instead of having multiple characters he instead developed multiple personalities
To hear how the characters feel when describing how they have been trapped is heartbreaking....
