I've already played the entire series years ago. For the newcomers, don't waste your chance and play it, it is one of the most underrated series ever seen yet a good hidden gem.

I was gonna buy them for the ps vita last year I was so hyped when it got announced at e3 Nintendo direct now I can play them on my switch
any new content in the anniversary editions?
I am a visual novel fan but the first game on the Vita was too tragic for me. If there was a way to prevent them from dying by making right choices I might play it but from what I understand it seems fixed who die and when and you can’t prevent it.

Looks like they compressed the game's sprites a little bit, but I'm still gonna buy it for the mind boggling story.
Does this collection have like school mode or island mode after you finish the game?
Yes
When you consider Nintendo's attempts to appear reasonably family friendly AND some the unsettling content in Despair Girls with grade-school aged kids, its absence isn't all that surprising.
I think Despair Girls was Sony exclusive maybe there was legal stuff around that one? The game is not a side story if you think of the bigger plot.
@@mfm8780 Ultra Despair Girls is on steam; it’s not an exclusivity thing
It probably didn’t get included because the game didn’t sell all that well, so they just chose not to include it due to lack of demand

@@RasLion a VN with a lot of 3D mini games and first person exploration. I ask because I’ve heard a lot of people complaining about the performance being worse than in past versions of the games.

I legit have no idea where to start with these series. I gave up a long time ago
Danganronpa 1 to Danganronpa 2 to despair girls. Danganronpa v3 isn't Canon so can skip that if just want Canon story. Then it's the Danganronpa anime which you watch future episode 1 then despair episode 1 and go in order (future 2, despair 2) .

The series is still not on Xbox. I’d say Xbox is a notable platform.
I feel like games like these will probably sell bad on Xbox compared to PlayStation and Nintendo consoles.
@@dustingonzalez8080it’d be fine for gamepass at the very least. You introduce the audience to it and build up exposure and hype for the release of D4. Not exactly rocket science. Also there’s a very vocal section of fans yelling for JRPGS and VNs to be released on Xbox. They’d absolutely eat up this package. Lord knows they want something to do besides ask Phil Spencer when Persona is getting an Xbox port.
Yeah but Xbox fans gonna need to start showing by buying the games and not get it off gamepass? Let’s start by seeing how much something like Tales of Arise sold on Xbox etc.
