    what is the cord you are using for the hooking it up to your phone

      Both the VM GO 2 and the VM NTG can take USB C cables for the USB C.
      For the 3.5mm connection, the VM GO II only currently works with a TRS end in the 3.5mm port , whereas the VM NTG can support both TRS or TRRS plugged into it.

      Sorry for the late reply, yes you can , just measure from where the capsule locations are :-)

    Would you choose the go 2 over the micro ?

      My opinion would be choosing the VM GO 2 over the V MICRO as it mainly supports USB. This allows the VM GO II to be used as a USB Microphone unlike the V MICRO. That being said, the VM GO II can still be used as a camera mic ,although it is larger.
      Maybe I should put up a small video to compare and highlight both :-)
