Seriously, my heart goes out to all the grandmothers out there. We all did our fair share raising our kids. And now having to raise our grandchildren I disagree. I spoil my grandchildren like crazy and love them so much. But I made one thing clear to all my children. I will not accept taking away your responsibility raising your own children. My husband and I worked two jobs to give them the best education. Now our job is to enjoy our retirement and spoil our grandchildren like crazy. There is a time to sow and a time to reap. Us grandparents don’t have the energy or strength to carry such a time consuming and strength to educate with quality. Just like we worked and also had sleepless nights figuring out a way to budget our finances, our children should also go through the same.
