@@Jim_Newlands It doesnt matter what you think of Covid, the rules were the rules at the time and he broke them. He literally cheated to enter an event and cheated other players out of money. Even if you consider the health concerns to be non existent this still deserves a multi year ban.

4 years is more than enough time for somebody of his age back then to be banned for, maybe he’s not all to blame though maybe his parents encouraged him to submit a false test too, maybe pdc officials should have been present in some way and have tests done on the day, either way it makes no difference now but he’ll certainly learn some kind of lesson from all of it.
Can you please submit any further knowledge on how the pdc proved he infected 3 players. Do you not need some form of physical evidence and not guesswork?

I feel like 3.1 is just a blanket rule they use to punish players for doing things the PDC doesn't like; it just seems so open for interpretation. Harsh ban for a young player but the ripple effect of his decision cause many players to be caught in it's wake, I imagine that's why the ban was so hefty.
