BMW N57 first run after rebuild

First time my N57 engine runs again after a rebuild that was necessary because of a spun #5 rod bearing.
It's the US version of the engine with SCR and additional EGR cooler above the DPF. Car is a 2016 X5 35d (equivalent to 30d in Europe, 255hp).
