    I am sharing you my version of Lechon Paksiw - famous and delicious remake dish in our country for left over lechon. My family and friends love this version as well, hope you'll love it too . Bon appetit. All ingredients are optional, modify as per your liking. Take everything in moderation. "Health is Wealth".
    Lechon Paksiw
    Ingredients:
    Paksiw Mixture
    1/4 cup garlic
    2/3 cup shallots| onions
    1 tsp - ground black pepper
    3 pcs - bay leaves
    1/2 cup vinegar
    330 ml - sprite (1can)
    550 grams - Pork Lechon
    ----------------------------
    1 tsp - spicy chilis
    1 cup - water
    1/2 tsp - chicken powder
    2/3 cup - MangTomasAllAround Sarsa or RenoLiverSpread
    Optional: salt or fish sauce to taste
    Cooking Time: Approximately 45 minutes
    Serving: 2+ people
