Putting on a parrot harness for a non-cooperative Caique

Koko, our 4 years old white bellied caique is being trained on getting used to wearing a harness. You can hear his warning screeches when I attempted to touch his wings to get the strap underneath and he will bite at times.
He did very well in this video and this was only our third attempt to have him in the harness.
