T7 Tips - Panhead Bolts on the Fork Guards

I've seen the riders replacing their fork guard mounting bolts on their Tenere 700's with plastic screws that will break away at impact. My solution is to use round pan head bolts to eliminate the striking surface and allow hard objects to glance off of a rounded surface.

Thanks, I just put those on. They fit well but I've yet to hit anything with them so I can't attest to their effectiveness.

Thanks, I bought in November. It's already got 6000 miles on it. I'm picking up an exhaust and after that I can do a walk-around video on all of the add-ons. Great idea! Maybe I'll do that next week.
