Since I didn't know Korean, I only get the English lyrics and even then I can feel how this can resonate to a lot of people in the LGBT community. Then I see the translation and it is easy to say why this song is so suitable to be an LGBT anthem.
This one will probably be one of my fav songs. It's like a reminder to always embrace who you are. LOVED IT. I feel like they are reflecting on that now since they're grown and learned so much in the industry
Though I'm hetero, I was really hoping that I wasn't the only one who was thinking that they are championing pride in LGBTQ+. I pray that Korea will someday soon become more accepting of the fact that everyone is perfectly made. Here's to the younger generation changing societal stigmas.

The song is warm and comforting to accept you true identity however you truly are. Please don’t claim it as queer anthem as it’s more than just that and can make many people feel comfortable to accept their true selves.
It can be both at the same time..
Maybe don't dictate how people feel about the song's meaning (especially when the lyrics and title are quite on the nose for LGBT representation).

No me soprende que quisieran tanto a esta cancion. Ellos han sido de los pocos Idols que han podido llegar al nivel de expresarse con libertad creativa y artística sobretodo dentro de la enorme maquinaria que es SM. @@lydiaaa5628 pretty much anything else. Identity isn't only expressing your sexuality. It could be a part of yourself that others don't accept in a life you were ostracized for being different.? Identity can be literally anything.
@@BebeTheOne ok but you realize how important this song is for the lgbt community right? specifically the lgbt community in South Korea, who still face rampant discrimination and violence. the song was very popular at the seoul pride parade. so i don’t think it’s a good thing to downplay the lgbt undertones just bc you don’t identify with it
@@lydiaaa5628 yeah that's totally fine. I didn't downplay it in any way, or at least I didn't think I did. I just don't see this song as that kind of symbol. And again, it's probably because I'm not a part of the LGBT+ community. I don't see why I'd have to agree for it to stay a symbol for that community?
