What PS1 game was that at the end? It looked pretty amazing. Also, I wonder how 16 and 8 bit games that relied on diphering to achieve transparency effects, like waterfalls in Green Hill Zone in Sonic 1, and certain parts of Shinobi III, on the Genesis would have looked on this television.
@@FetzAV-m6r @tranceenergy3121 Thanks for asking & answering, I was wondering the same, had never seen it before. Reminds me of an arcade game I liked as a kid, I think it was called Gyruss.
Dude you need more than strength. according to the manual it weighs 184kg. I'm pretty sure you are supposed to use this thing as construction material and build your house around it.
Surprisingly, I cant say this of it running on Samsung UE 40'. Maybe Samsung has nice upscale filtering. I hate pixels and I always use scanlines filter while playing any 8 / 16 bit emulators on TFT. So I wanted to be very critical when connected N64 to 40', but... not so bad. Anyway, I would prefer to play it on CRT. Especially on this biggest 16:9 CRT knowing some games on N64 fit this ratio... World driver championship in hi res mode... oh
@@tranceenergy3121 On few systems there seems to be on recorded footage visible odd squaring I've never seen on actual systems. Is that visible in person or is it some bizarre artefacting cause of trying to record from screen?
@@tranceenergy3121 yeah already commented pretty much that. Not even that but those systems looked like all lcd based too. I initially looked it was c64 footage on start.
It’s so clean it almost looks like a modern emulator running a CRT filter
That's because any 2D game lower than 480p (basically all the 80s and early 90s consoles) won't have scaliness and look weird at 480p.
Can't imagine the sheer amount this would run me back. Nice footage and monitor!
His first video on this said it was $70K in 88’ and todays money translated to $170K so there you go 🤣 has to be even more expensive on eBay etc
Gorgeous.

The way these games meant to be played!
I had a 40" tube TV for awhile. It looks bigger than this.
I have a BVM 20f1U but this thing would dwarf it in every possible way.
Yeah I have two of those 20F1Es and they are tiny in comparison :-)
@@tranceenergy3121 I love geeking out with these things and I think I spend more time tinkering than actually playing.
Cool video! What PS1 game is that? Would also love a full list of games you played. Beautiful CRT! Cheers!
That game is Internal Section

Great demo! How did you get GBA full screen on the mister? Can you please share you ini settings?
I think you should include Game Name + Resolution labels on next video. would make it easier for viewers to follow
Thanks I will do that. I'm a total noob when it comes to video editing (which really shows lol).
Cielos es hermosa esa pantalla, Sony enserio que hacía con mucho amor sus productos premium, creo que no se necesitaria ningún otro display
I'd buy this
God I'd love this monitor, if only I had the money and strength, and was never going to move house again 😂
Can it play light gun games?

Truly amazing. Did you have to get the CRT serviced/re-capped, etc? It looks extremely good!
No I haven’t recapped it
That shows how much engineering went into this unit. That's incredible! You are extremely fortunate to own this. @@tranceenergy3121
scanlines are sexy!
I would love to see what the Nintendo 64 looks like on this thing, that's one of the worst looking consoles on modern TVs.

Where's Sega and Turbografx-16?
Biggest pixels on CRT ever. 😂😂😂
quisiera ver como se ve el entorno de Windows y un juego actual en él como el Genshin en esta pantalla CRT.
Hmmm that Mister output looks very flawed on video. Quite disappointing for such expensive device.
Can you be more specific?

@@tranceenergy3121 Oh, I looked again. I think it's only on the portable console screens so it's likely some scaling thingy going on.
@@jothain those games are obviously made for a much lower resolution screen so these artifices become much more visible on a larger screen

Play Street Fighter III: 2nd Impact with its native wide screen mode enabled on this CRT.
Omg you like Gundam wing?
I love this game.
Looks cool, but not very authentic. These games look a lot better on an SD tv.
I agree. However I think this is the best I’ve seen GBA in terms of quality.
漂亮
Sorry what does that mean?
@@tranceenergy3121it means "beautiful". Awesome crt you got there.
Really weird it is not using the whole screen like most other CRTs...
Most of the content being played here is not 16:3. I didn’t want to stretch it out
Clearly you don't know anything about what aspect ratio is.
