    We're back with a Part 2 Judo Home Workout video!

    This is a "follow along" video where you can follow Luca Sensei as he goes through a full home training session.
    WARM UPS :
    (1) Skipping with arms swinging down (10 reps)
    Skipping with arms opening to the side (10 reps)
    Skipping with arms opening up (10 reps)
    Skipping with arms opening to the side (10 reps)
    Skipping with arms swinging down (10 reps)
    (2) Push Up Burpees (11 reps)
    (3) Squat Jumps (22 reps)
    (4) Russian Twists (33 Reps)
    FALLING EXERCISES:
    2 Variations for each one (i) If you have a safe space to practice falling & (ii) if you dont.
    (1) Back Falls for 11 reps
    (i) Full back falls
    (ii) First part of the back fall - squat
    (2) Tumble for 6 reps
    (i) Full tumbles
    (ii) Half tumbles
    SHADOW UCHIKOMI (10 reps; 5 Right, 5 Left)
    (1) Osotogari
    (2) Ouchi Gari
    (3) Ippon Seoinage
    (4) Okuri Ashi Barai - 2 variations
    (5) Kouchi Gari moving backwards
    (6) Morote Seoinage
    TECHNICAL WORK
    (1) Kouchi Gari into Morote Seoinage
    (2) Kouchi Gari into Ippon Seoinage
    FREESTYLE
    CONDITIONING
    (1) Jump Squat into T-shape - 10 reps; 5 Right, 5 Left
    COOL DOWN

    hi Sensei, your technique are well explain and well demonstrated. as we also are in lockdown, I know are it''s hard to create good video for young judoka. I'll keep looking for other video,
