Hai mam, started seeing your videos recently, hope it's so needy for all parents...i need a clarification mam, my daughter is 1 year and 1 month old, she drinks milk well, very favorite for fruits, eats raw without making juice, but she hates rice and vegetables, likes to eat only curd rice...so kindly suggest me how to improve her immune as I stopped feeding her in early stages of 7th month itself since I lacked milk and she is C section baby.

Hi, yes 13kgs is more than 97th centile and is overweight. Cut down sugar, fats and junk foods. Encourage physical activity. Avoid screen time

Feeding on demand is the best. Need to check if baby has any oral thrush or mouth sore that prevents the baby from feeding for long!
