      There is no short cut for self defense especially facing a strong guy. Just equip yourself & stay away from those guys who would like to bully others. They usually bully the weakness, so build your body first & keep away from them. Learn hard & fight easy, is this channel said? Just watching the video could not make you strong but possibly put you in danger when you thought you know how to defense.

    My parents taught me a neat trick when I was really young, I went to kick one of them and they caught my leg, then asked me what I was going to do, 😊neat trick, all I could do was hop around on one foot 😂😂

    Usual nonsense his maté’s punching 1 1/2ft short as all demos on utube…nobody punches short with intent in real life only in sport

      It's only a demo! Takes thousands of hours training and perfecting all his techniques. He has been at it for years. Real life situations totally different. It will be second nature to destroy someone as long as you have no fear!
