I've never read Henry Miller. Hearing him speak on this loved subject, I realize I've missed out on a good friend. It is an inspiration and "draws" me back to making art again. The fear of not being able to represent what I have in mind is always there. This reading teaches me to let it be what it will become. Thank you for this presentation. Molto bene!
Miller in "The air conditioned nightmare", talks about 1945 trendsetters saying, "There is nothing revolutionary, inspired or inspirational about them Just used doublespeak." Henry Miller could have been talking of today' ilk.
