A short and fun slow jig session in the shallows with a respectable little tunny 🐟 4K EN Subs

- Friday arrives and we're off for a quick slow jigging session in the shallows.
I put on a 100g jig, and start scanning the area.
After about 45 minutes, there's a hookup of something small and a small dusky grouper comes out which is quickly released back.
We continue drifting and then I get a strong bite on the jig and there's something big on the other side 👌.
At the same moment Alon also gets a bite, but the fish gets off the hook after a few seconds.
Now begins a fun and slow fight, slowly slowly I bring the fish up to the surface and see that it's a respectable little tunny.
It didn't fight in a typical little tunny way and therefore it took me a while to understand what kind of fish was on the other side.
The little tunny goes into the fish box and And I have fish for canned tuna 😊.
We continue fishing and I get another bite from something small and another small dusky grouper comes up to visit and is released back.
Later Erez got a bite from another respectable little tunny and it got off the hook near the boat 🙁
At 8 in the morning, it was already too hot and we decided to end the morning and go back to the marina.
The little tunny weighed 6.3 kg and became 14 jars of delicious canned tuna.
