Many people commenting should know about taseer (hot or cold in nature). When foods are in digestion, their nutrition splits and starts dissolving in our body (in chemical terms we can say reaction). As we all know there are two types of reactions exothermic (release heat) and endothermic (need heat). Many foods require heat from the body, so they absorb heat from our body and that type of food are cold in nature mean thanda taseer. That can be avoided in winter and night. Other hand many food release heat during reaction in our body and that can make us feel warm. That can be avoided in a hot climate. For example garam masala, spicy food, etc. It is not related to the food temperature which we eat. Taseer is a different thing.
According to ayurveda it is correct... Curd is cold in touch but hot in potency 😊....

It is a complicated matter but the curd is hot for the body because for the lactose cellulose compaction or lactic acid because it takes more time to break in the metabolism action but if you mix curd with water then it is cooler for the body, that's why drink buttermilk not curd or lassi in hot summer

Many things which we think are cold are actually hot in nature like curd, chocolate etc. bcz those things are cold in touch only.

Taseer is a different thing.
so??how is this related to curd??
Wah ji bht brhya likha h apne detail me
