I got an idea see if there is a stationary bearing so campers could use their spare tire suspended from a wire or string so you could put the stationary bearing on other side of suspended tire connect charger to stationary bearing and power your power bank in a matter of seconds or minutes with out the power bank spinning out of control able to free spin either direction... I think that will help
Must be tested before suggested but it doesn't hurt to think, just don't hurt others unless they want an ass beating or a weird conversation I like to defuse and hangout understand others so I can make the right choices instead of assuming

I know this is a silly question, but Can you fully charge it just using the hand crank?
I don’t think so. It’s more for getting enough power for the flashlight I think. I guess you could crank it for an hour or two to try to get a tiny bit of juice for a phone but it’s not realistic to charge this from the crank. It’s more for emergencies

@@nateman79 I think I showed the amount of charge you’ll get per hour of cranking in the video - you’d have to do the math for however long you want to crank for. But yeah I showed that in the video, it’s not much. 45,800 mAh is a huge amount of stored power so cranking the whole thing up by hand is not really feasible at all
@nateman79 reviews on Amazon say (and this pretty much goes for all hand crank power banks) that one hour of hand cranking will get you 15 minutes worth of power. So pretty much it's good for emergencies only.
@@carlosa1038Hmm, I don't know if it's linear, but if so that would mean 20 minutes of cranking would get you 5 minutes of power. I assume that would be enough to plug your phone in and make an emergency call. If the phone can do that with a very low battery.

Maybe I got a lemon or somebody can help me out… after a full charge I can charge up an iPhone and iPad MAYBE ONCE and the battery is toast…. I keep reading you can charge an iPhone 50 times or whatever but I’m not getting anything even remotely close to that…. So I’m feeling duped
Strange, you should be able to get a few iPhone charges out of it. Probably should reach out to the seller and have them send you a new one or see if they know what the issue is

I bought one. Once it got to two bars, I set it in the window to charge up (set, solar side out). Three days later, still had two bars. So, there's that. I sure wouldn't recommend it.
The instructions specifically say that if you want it charged via solar, it’s going to be insanely slow. It’s for emergencies, not daily use.

Damn bro that is embarrassing. In case you really don't know (your) spelled like that you would use if you're talking about something they have possession of or belonging to someone. (You're) would be used if you are talking about an action or something someone is doing. It's a shorter version of (You are).
I have one of these. The battery indicator makes the solar panel barely effective, if at all. It actually drains the battery much faster than it charges it. I put this thing outside for less than an hour in direct sunlight and it went from ~90% to barely 25% in that time. Not good at all if you're depending on it for a long period of time. I've just stopped using the solar to charge it unless it's completely dead
That doesn’t even make sense lol. I think something is wrong with your device. If you leave it out in the sun with nothing plugged in, there’s no way it loses charge. Those LEDs take up almost 0 power.
Have you tested it out in the sun yet?
