Not that weird, someone kept track of the going 1st win percentage for the last cbc and the older/top part decks had a higher win percentage when they went first than the bottom part decks
Yeah, this was the definition of a die roll matchup. Neither deck has basically any ability whatsoever to go second. Spellbook is just such a strange deck. It's A++++ going first, and F----- going second, to a larger degree than like any other deck ever. Next matchup looks like an interesting one. Tellar has a good amount of really strong traps....but how do they out the ships? They have more tools than most - Constellar Diamond and Triverr CAN do it. But can they do it consistently enough?
@@thenightstalker6165 agree to disagree on that one. Spellbooks can take going first games off literally any deck, their lock is hella strong. Clownblade didn't even come particularly close going second in any game.
@@donaldlivingston75 no tf it's not the lock is super easy to break dude a weak monster plus having to have the my body as a shield esc type card any deck after can deal with it clown blade 2-0 them before spell books won but that's because clown blade played right into all the backrow spell books have limited resources
@@thenightstalker6165the heck did you watch. It was literally 1-1 before game 3 of which spellbook bricked and saw no engine game 3. This is important as this was the only game where neither side got locked out of playing but clownblade win because it bricked less. All the other games were decided by floodgates being flipped or activated
If clownblade has to participate, and it seems like a cbc staple for some reason, the tcg build would probably be more interesting since it's not just turnskip turbo
Pre-recorded video! ^_^
VOTES: Spellbooks (39%) vs. Clownblade (61%)
Why don't you add them to the video anymore?
A 2-3 was honestly expected, just a matter of who won the dice roll to set up their unfair lock first
Game 3 bricked hurt so much
Yooo whats up guys, welcome back, next match crooooss-banlist cup, this time we have: Shock Master vs Jowgen XD
Ayanokoji spotted 🤝
Super weird seeing a coin flip matchup consisting of two decks before 2017 or post 2019 lol

Tf it was a dice roll format clown blade mopped the floor no way in hell spell books were advancing 😂

Game 3, clownblade could've ended on Shock Master turn 1 had they normal summoned the Trick Clown instead of pitching it for Empowerment
Tank you for your work 😊.

Un duelo comun típico de estas rondas inicales.
Finally more cbc
Ah yes Jowgen lock vs. Shock lock, This was coinflip turbo
Is this the good old format that modern cards ruined and power creep ruined?
Congratulations to the deck more skilled at winning the dice roll.
Fun one despite both being you can’t play the game decks.
That second game hand from spellbook was soooo bad
Shokmaster the mvp
Can we have a crossbanlist without clown blade? That deck really sucks

@@andrejv.2834there was no tcg build, Lavalval Chain got banned before Trick Clown came out.
@@TrueCyprien there were tcg builds with ycs tops in 2015, they were just missing some power cards compared to the ocg ones
