I can certainly imagine that Yesung's confidence took a hit with being somewhat "overlooked" at the beginning of Super Junior. It seems that today he is recognized for his unwaveringly beautiful voice, one of the most handsome of the group and his mastery of ad libs in the SuJu songs. He has worked hard to find his place in Super Junior and it shows! Congratulations Yesung...be proud of what you have achieved!

I know SuJu since 2010,i respect them but I didn't follow them. This year I fell in love with Yesung and watching all of Suju's videos 😆 Yesung is best vocalist in kpop and suju are so talented in many field.

I was an ELF since 2011 till 2018, Yesung fan to be specific, so watching this now brings a lot of heartwarming memories. And I even discovered a couple of new things, like the new Kanghoon name one. I am still pretty shocked about it haha. Thank you for these videos, you did a really good job!
I agree for dance lol, but tbh yesung has a better foundation and body control compared to the other two main vocals, and he's actually has a pretty good basic for popping and locking (but of course the dance line is leagues better lol). And also I found all 3 (kyu, wook, ye) all have extraordinary stamina and stable voices when dancing, even more than other members (who also have good control and stamina) because they sing the most but still doing the same choreo as others. I was amazed watching how kyuhyun's voice didnt shake from jumping when he sang without backtrack lol.
i started to watch SJ videos..and wow, whenever they are in the studio recording. KRY members are always the quickest one to leave versus the rest of the members stay longer cuz they struggle with the tones as it is not their strength. I remember one clip Yesung is "so easy" and just leaves whiel DH was struggling and was soooo surprised his hyung was done. LOL.
there's a video of YS just doing weird things with his voice, because DH and (I think) LT were just goofing around asking him to do "difficult" things and he was just like 'ok i'll do it".

Yep, I just simplified for this guide since the official announcement was made in February 2014, just before the release of the song. He indeed recorded it before enlisting but I didn't find the exact date (even though it must have been in 2013 as you said!)

thank you for the Yesung guide. I started to like SJ songs (only some). Oddly, never liked them when they first debuted (i was a 1st gen so the transition was just too much...they looked too different for my taste and the music wasn't like first gen-ish). As a newb SJ, sometimes, I feel bad for YS becausing I can't seem to find a fine line (At times, it goes overboard) with some members making fun of him (to a point it's bullying) on screen and other members allow it and I can see that he is the odd member out so to speak and why he is always swearing because obviously people aren't taking him seriously. Even when there are moments he says some things that are sad, etc. the group dismisses it (especially Shingdong). Out of all the members, he tries to stand out more with accessories or funky outfits because he barely gets to have speaking time (aside from swearing or defending himself only to have members cut him off or make fun of it). Fight on YeSung, I see that you are trying to speak out more lately, continue to find your space. And for the rest of the members, give your hyung a time to shine and let him speak. There's a reason why Heechul and Lee Teuk have a soft spot for him.
