❤ Thank you for sharing your heart and your memories. I’m the TN gal who lives a very short distance from Alandae Mansion. Your Nana & Pops told me it was your wedding venue. Then you mentioned staying in Townsend in one of their cabins. Townsend is my happy place. I became nostalgic just hearing you talk about it. I have not been there since Mama passed away June 3, 2015. Now it saddens me to know I will never see, hear it feel this beautiful piece of God’s World. This is because of my failing health and disabities. Another thing that caught my eye in your video was the mascot for Georgia Bull Dogs. I had never heard of this team…a friend was having a birthday party for a man who is a big Georgia fan and he is also an Elvis impersonator. I had made a birthday card for my Primary Dr who is a UT Volunteers fan. I made his card of a sea gull with orange and white and other things that made it a definite that this man was a big fan but for the life of me I could not paint that mascot. My other option was a whimsical giraffe donned as Elvis- this I could have done so may do this for he to give him fr Christmas. Sorry for rambling….it has been a cold lonely day and watching some of these videos Make me feel so not alone. Prayers that no one is sick during the upcoming seasons of rejoicing .
