Yes, you would need to tune your own harp! Download a tuning app. You turn clockwise to tighten the strings. Tuner shows the letter name of the string you are tuning, so it will be easy to follow.
It's mostly in c minor (3 flats) and middle part and ending has a few D flat changes. I think its possible to play on Celtic harp if you can juggle D levers.
