Thanks so much and yes it was a little scary with the flood waters, all worked out ok in the end. We will try and have another video out next week of our first few weeks away and we are heading to Tassie tomorrow for a month, so will have a few videos of Tasmania in the coming weeks.

Get yourself a head net to make walks in the bush more enjoyable. Fits over your hat and then you don’t feel them.

Lol, i have one of those, ive only used it once, i was doing some exercise outside the van and a fly went up my nose. I put the net on the hat and all good.

Thanks for sharing your journey with us. I love your grill plate and am keen to see what other great ideas you have within your van. How did your storage in the limited cupboard space work? Did you put shelving in the narrow wardrobe? Our van is still 14 months away but I’d love to see how you organised everything in your van for your new life. 😊

Hi Suzanne, thanks for the message. The grill plate is a cheap $29 one from Kmart but works very well. It is an electric one that we use outside on the fold out picnic table, only when we are connected to 240v power. We did put two shelves into the narrow hanging space wardrobe and just fold all of our clothes. We thought we would do a little 10 minute or so video on the motorhome, little travel tips and how we set up etcetera. Hopefully some handy tips for you guys and others waiting for their motorhome. Thanks for watching.
