I started watching your channel about 3 weeks ago when I decided I wanted a waterfall off the slope in my backyard. You and your team have been such an inspiration that I dug a koi pond by hand to enhance the waterfall. Thanks for the wonderful videos.

Jaak... you always ask us what’s our favorite detail , what would we change if anything ... One great detail I’m seeing in your installations is to really focus on creating the zero edge entry to optimize the view ! I like when you show the previous installation compared to the new Atlantis installation. The previous install had that volcano look you often mention. The larger boulders in your build really were the right choice for scale. What do you do when a client doesn’t have the budget for the correct scale boulders ? My guess is to shrink the pond size or go to a pondless option ? As most people comment, the natural boulder placement of your team is second to none ! 😉👊🏼
I have a 1 1/2-acre pond on a 10-acre property that I hope to build on some day. If I could have someone build a wetland filter, waterfall and intake bay to keep the pond clean and to create that atmosphere that you are always taking about I would hire you in a second. Beautiful work! Question on the concrete cloth. You specifically mentioned using it on waterfalls. Do you seem to have more issues on water falls than the pond walls?

I get the bottom has to be square to accommodate the aquablocks, but why keep it square once your above them? Wouldn't be easier to shape the edges the way you want them as you move up to ground level so you're not trying to fit the proverbial round pond into the square hole, or is it a question of efficiency?
I love the underwater stacked rock wall that you guys do! Do you mortar or foam the rocks together to keep them from falling over or are they just stacked together?
This is an amazing pond! Looks like Japanese Koi too. Amazing. And those damn entenmann donuts look really good one day, next thing you know the box is empty... totally not speaking from experience... ;) Does the line for the jets get buried in the soil or in the pond?
Hey Jaak another great job!!!!! Love the way your waterfalls incorporate large flat stones, upright stones (nothing contrived) and a twisting of the stream bed as it comes from bio falls. I really would love to come over to NJ and work for you on a few jobs so I get some experience to start my CAC career. I have about 6 ponds under my belt already for friends and family and my own.
On a project like this are you only putting the concrete cloth around the edges of the waterfall and pond, or where all do you recommend putting it? Lot's of ground rodents on the mountain I live on. Thanks! Love your videos and always learn something new.

The budget always plays a part in the project but we try to find out what’s most important to them

We used concrete cloth as a rodebt barrier. The pond is not cement.
